The Pest Control employee arrived earlier than told. He went to work outside and then inside. He asked questions about were the bug problem was the worst. He was very polite and informative.

Horrible experience, appointment process was horrendous. Their management NEVER called me back after repeated requests thru customer service. Unable to match labor to job requested over 7 chances!! DO NOT TRY THEM!!! More work and never got what I needed from them.
