Hawx Pest Control

They came thr day after I csllef them They were professional and the mosquitos have gone away.

Hired Hawks to take care of a pest issue in my attic. They sold us a package for inside out outside service. When they arrived for the service they did not do anything onside and said they could not do anything for the outside. Put 4 large black boxes to keep future pests from getting into the house. They sprayed my back yard and then said we would have to water the yard to activate the pellets they put down. When tried to cancel the service were told we could for $540. So stuck with them for 1 year.

They were prompt and pleasant but their product did not work on the pesky rodent.

The service man did not really do his job when he came to the house he sprayed in rain so therefore of course everything was washed away and cause more bugs.

The person they sent out was nice, but was not thorough. Did not identify where the pest was coming in from, and when I place a call for discrepancy in the price quote they said a manager would call me back. Never did.

They arrived very late. Did a good job. Best part was the report outlining what was applied where, in what concentration, & websites of the mfg of each compound

The technician was very friendly and informative. Assured that we didn’t need to panic over these termite’s. They took care of them.

Good pricing. The man who came to my house was professional and I like the emails showing what work they have done. Their customer service called me later to try to sign me up and now continues to call me to discuss services which I do wish would stop.

Miguel was not just on time but early, respectful, explained what he was going to do, completed the job and made sure that I understood to call if I saw anything before their next scheduled visit. Price was the most reasonable.
