They called me on Monday morning and explained what their company (Hawx) would do to help with the wasp problem I have. After listening I agreed to a contract and paid $249.00 for a one time application. Was told a service professional would arrive this same afternoon between 3 and 5. At 5:00 I tried to call the office as no one showed up or called me. No answer. I called a different number and a customer service rep answered and listen to my story. Put me on hold for 10 minutes only to come back to say he tried to contact the service person but no answer. I asked to reschedule for tomorrow and was told, after another 10 minutes on hold that checking with their scheduler they were booked up to the next several weeks. Not acceptable!! Am waiting for a telephone call tomorrow morning. I am not a happy camper!
