It went great. There was a wind storm, the fascia blew down. They were able to fix that and add a new gutter. They did the fascia repair for no extra cost. They are very efficient and cost wise I believe they are very reasonable.

It didn't work out well. They told me they some kind of email failures so they did not come after I purchased the big deal. We went back and forth and when they finally came out they told me they didn't think they could do anything. I very much felt like I gave that money away. They had looked at my rain gutters and said that I need to get a roofer to look at this which was fine. But they didn't offer to make it easy for me or provide any help in doing that. So I feel like if and when I do get the roof problem fixed and call them back that the money that went to them is gone and will not be accounted for.

It went very good. They were very professional. They didn't show up on the day they were supposed to but they did come the next day so it wasn't too much of an inconvenience.

Quote was prompt. Scheduling was reasonable. On day of repairs they were late in the day and we were told it would be early in the day. Work looks great. Have not had rain yet so we will see if the gutter performs then. Overall good company to deal with.

He cleaned the gutters, heard him pound in to roof twice; for the amount charged for the sq. footage of gutter which was not much. He left dirt all over my garbage cans, on the house and on driveway. I noticed a cable hanging out, some companies go beyond the call and take 45 seconds to secure the cable back in place-NOT this provider. I believed the price was too much for service provided. I won't be recommending this company to other senior neighbors.

The work was completed at the arranged time. I won't know for a while whether the gutters were completely clean.

I called the office on Monday afternoon and scheduled an appointment for Wednesday. Derek, the estimator, came out to provide an estimate to add gutters and replace the soffit and fascia on our house. He seemed nice enough; however, he called about an hour and a half before our scheduled appointment and said he was in the neighborhood and asked if he could stop by earlier. I said that would be fine, but told him that another contractor was coming by in 45 minutes to bid the job too. Derek showed up a few minutes later and measured the house and took some notes. After he finished, he said it would take him 3-4 days to send me a bid. I never received a bid, so we moved on to another contractor.

They ended up coming a day later than promised but did a very good job.

We were happy with it. They were flexible because I had to have a 4 ft extension that they called in and added to it. This was to get the water away from the house because we were drowning here. They were far more reasonably priced than the other service provider.

They were on time, did a good job, and honored their estimate.

We called in the early part of November and was told it would take a couple of weeks for someone to come by and give an estimate. I met with Derek on November 21st. During the discussion I asked if we could get the gutters cleaned, to have one section looked at because of leaking, and a extension on one of the new downspouts. He said that a crew would be by the next Tuesday. Then on Monday they called and rescheduled for Wednesday or Friday. By then the fence installer had to detach the downspouts so that he could proceed. Then on Wednesday they said they would be by on Thanksgiving because they wanted to take a three day weekend. When we came home on Thanksgiving, we could see that they had been there but they had only moved one downspout. We called and left a message with Derek on Thanksgiving. After not hearing back, we called their office on Monday and talked to Annette. She said that Derek would not be back until later that day. We asked if we could get the crew to stop by and finish the job. Annette called back and said she could not reach any of the crews. Derek called later Monday and said he did not know why it had not been finished but that he was going to meet with the crew Tuesday morning to find out what happened and get back with us first thing After not hearing back from him all day, we called him and he said that there had been a mix up and he would have it finished sometime the next week. When we pushed back explaining that the fence installer needed to have that downspout moved before he could pour cement, he said he could have someone stop by the next day. I just happened to be at home for lunch when the installers stopped by. They said Derek said there was some problem but they were unsure what needed to be done. I showed them the downspout that was just hanging there and pointed out the other downspout they had moved but still needed an extension. They moved the other downspout but attached it crooked. Nate called and said he would like to make it right. He sent Derek over the next day to straighten the downspout and to take a look at point where I thought it was leaking. Nate called back and explained the leaking was not due to the gutters but caused by a point where the roof meets the gutter. He said he talked to a roofer and that it could not be fixed until spring. Nate offered to detach and reattach the gutter for no charge when the roofer fixed that spot. Nate and Derek apologized for the confusion and explained that it is difficult to keep on schedule during this time of year. We feel better about the situation and just chalk it up to our bad timing of getting the fence installed so late in the year.

The appointment was set for Thursday August 16th between 10:00 am and 1:00 pm. On Thursday I waited until 1:00 and no one showed up, so I gave them a call. The person on the phone appoligized and said the crew got hung up on a job and would be there around 3:00. Around 3:00 the crew arrived and started work right away. They worked very quickly and had the front of the house done in about 45 minutes. They had the back of the house almost done before 5:00 but said they didn't have enough material to complete the job. They told me they would be back the next day to finish. An exact time was not established. I had an errand to run that Friday afternoon so I couldn't wait for them. I left payment with someone else to give to them when they came to finish. When I returned, much to my surprise and the person who was home at the time, the job had been completed. I called the company and they said to mail the payment in. The workers did a great job. The gutters look fantastic, and as soon as we get some rain, I am sure they will not leak.

Greg is an amazing worker and both he and Nate were awesome to work with. I am very happy with the appearance. It hasn't rained yet but if there are any problems (which I don't expect) I know I can call them and they will fix it.

They were very fast in coming out to look at the job. They had the best price and could get the job done the fastest. We had to call them back out twice to fix things that weren't done exactly right, but when we did call, they came out right away and made the fixes. They were very friendly, easy to work with people. They stand by their work too, which is excellent.

It took awhile to finally get it scheduled, but it was worth the wait. very reasonably priced and excellent work.

The work was performed exactly as bid. The materials used were of high qualtiy. It was necessary for the contractor to adjust their installation schedule to coordinate their installation with a roofer. They performed this coordination even though the roofer schedule changed and access for the gutter installers was limited. All calls during the bidding process and during installation were answered promptly. We will work with this contractor in the future and recommend them to others.

I was very happy with them. I don't know if they were on Angie's List. I did not look through everything to see if they were or not. They were referred to me by another family that lived close by and the work was very good. So, I decided that I would try them and it was amazing. They did a wonderful job. It was fabulous. They were done within the day. They had silicon everywhere inside to make sure that it would not drip anywhere because I told them that we had such problems with the last gutters we had put on. They had been taken off because it was creating problems with ice in the winter and ice where we were walking which was very bad. This company was excellent and they did a great job for us. I did not think that the price was bad either. They came when they said that they would and I did not have any problem in getting an appointment. I really appreciated them for the fact that they used the silicon everywhere so that nothing would drip. I don't have water coming down at all in the areas where I had serious ice problems and I only have five downspouts instead of all over the place. The last ones that were put on were on the ground too. They were long and people were stepping all over them and crushed them. It was a mess. It was many years ago. I took the cheapest bid and I got cheap work. They were referred to me by the people that were building the house and involved in helping others to fix their places. I told them that I would try them and I was very pleased. Their price was reasonable.

I contacted M&M along with two other competitors; as I usually do to get a good feel for the marketplace, pricing and products. I was looking for a solution to better serve, water routing around my home. I had a small puddle of water enter our basement, the first time, I've seen that in the six years I've lived in this home; but not too surprising given all the rain/snow we've had this season. I determined after much research that the most probable culprit was our rain gutter downspouts. One simply let out too close to our foundation then collected and puddled there. M&M was the only company I could find who was willing to work out this my top priority, and my second priority installing a left guard system to prevent our rain gutters for clogging. We have some mature trees and they drop a lot of debris, which contributed to the proper water routing issue mentioned earlier. Nate was the representative who provided the estimate and managed the project. From the beginning I was impressed with his knowledge and willingness to spend time with my many questions and possible ideas. It helped that their products seemed to be just as good or better than competitors, and were slightly cheaper due to a promotional discount offered. All guarantees where offered directly through the manufacture of LeafX; so we obviously decided to go with M&M. The install was where we ran into a few hiccups. The crew sent out to install the LeafX system didn't take the time to properly clean out our rain gutters. They offered to as part of the install a free cleaning. I found all the typical mud, sludge, leaves, twigs, etc, around our house, in our bushes; and was extremely disappointed to discover that along with a layer of mud still remaining in the rain gutters after the LeafX product had been installed. I was concerned that the flow of water wouldn't run in it's optimum allowance; as I had hoped or envisioned. I mean I clean my own rain gutters better than these professionals did, and expected more. I called Nate, and he sent the same crew to clean up after themselves. Which they did... collecting the debris and even removing a section of the LeafX to get the layer of mud washed out of the rain gutters. Despite the hiccups mentioned above Nate took ownership over those issues and made things right. I'm happy with the overall experience. Anyone would prefer to not have any issues, but where a good company shines, is when issues pop up, they step-up and take responsibly like Nate and M&M did. I would recommend them and use them again. Just be sure to communicate your expectations to the installation crew, and all should go well.

They were late showing up but they were really quick to get the install completed. It was well done and on budget.

Very good. Got the estimate, work was performed the very next week at a scheduled time. Paid half at when I got the estimate and paid the remaining half when the work was completed.

Jon showed up right on time for the estimate and gave a very competitive price (almost 40% less than other companies) and knowledgeable suggestions for the work we needed. We've had a problem with ice damming on the northeast and north parts of our roof and needed the problem addressed. We also had several gutters needing leaf protection. After I accepted the bid, they were able to schedule the work within a week and the work was very fast and smooth (less than 1.5hrs). They did forget to add leaf protection on one gutter but came back the next morning and installed it - we didn't even know it wasn't done, they came back on their own. You don't see that happen too often. So far the heat cable works well, but we'll have to see it work in the dead of winter.

The whole process went well. I got a lot of bids and M&M not only came in as the low bid, they also followed up when none of the others did and generally demonstrated more professionalism in terms of keeping appointments, spending the time needed to do a proper estimate, etc. They were even willing to make an extra visit to discuss some custom radius gutter work (we ended up not doing it, but they were very helpful in this process of deciding).

From the request for a bid to the actual installation took seven weeks. The installers didn't speak English, and their craft skills were low level. It took three phone calls to get management to respond to my concerns. Their representative on visiting demurred to allay my concerns instead of actively addressing them.

They did everything they said that they would do. They are great. I see their trucks everywhere.
