Ron and his crew arrived on time and included me with any decision that had to be made. Ron had to leave to check on ther jobs but his crew remained and were very professional. Job was completed on time.

He called me the day before to cancel our appointment because he was ill. I had wanted to go on a camp trip with my children and grandchildren but had cancelled that because Ron had requested to do my job that day. Needless to say, I was very disappointed but understood that one cannot help getting sick at the last minute. So we scheduled another time when he would come to do the job, which was September 20th, 2014.I was outside in the front yard when he pulled up in front of my home to tell me he needs to “help some people out” who he had done some work for and was going to have to cancel our appointment AGAIN. So, no, I didn't want to reschedule yet again. These are the businesses I don't call back to use and neither will I recommend to others. It seems that once a business starts jacking me around it just continues. Whatever happened to the great customer service I remember? There are a few who - either through poor organizational skills or lack of understanding (or maybe lack of concern) that others might have a life to schedule around too - just keep doing this.
