I couldn’t be more pleased with the sales associate. She was professional, knowledgeable and totally concerned that I get exactly what I wanted when I wanted it. She did her part to make sure the measurements were done promptly. The man who did measurements arrived on time and passed the info to my sales associate the same afternoon. Sales associate also called me same day with cost information and I arranged to meet with her for payment today. She said she’d call me tomorrow with installation appointment, including my time frame request.

All of my floors, I had kitchen floor, bathroom tile, laminate wood floors, all of my carpeting. And they just did stairs. That was a special order. Shera works there and she calls me on specials. I only go in there when she is working. What stands out is the quality of the products. The showroom, they have everything to show me and then you can bring them home and bring them back again. The quality of the workmen is outstanding. They keep the same people. You have a year or eighteen months with no interest to pay off whatever you are getting. You can use it while you have your payment plan. I do that all the time.

I chose a mattress that I wanted. The salesperson was great, but the rest of the staff has been difficult to communicate with. During the purchase, the incorrect mattress was entered into the system. The mattress that was delivered was not correct and was used. The tags had been cut off and they attempted to attach fake tags to the used mattress.

Purchased carpet at the store. Scheduled measurement, done on time.

They gave me the impression that they would take the old mattress out of here but they did not. As far as the service goes, there was not really much of a price tag involved because the service came with the purchase price. I did my research on the price and found a good deal. I would recommend them to others.

Salesroom had all available models to try. Staff was laid back, answering questions only when asked. We were given plenty of time to try mattresses and also the store gives a 30 day return guarantee once the mattress is in your home. Might have waited for a sale but the pricing was fair. Delivery prompt and efficient.

Very good service, and quality, good prices. They delivered quickly and in their window. Small stain from delivery, but they sent a person to remove the stain and then called to make sure I was satisfied. Impressive committment to service.

The salesman was very nice he went through the whole store and plugged in the chairs for us to try. They treated us very well. The pricing was in the ball park, it wasn't a good deal but it wasn't a bad deal either. The salesman did a really nice job, I enjoyed working with him. We will continue to use this store again in the future.

The delivery was fine. It was on time. I find their salespeople to be aggressive. You have to kind of toe the line with them. They try to tell you things that I don't think are necessary. On the whole, it was a decent experience.

The gasket didn't work when I bought the dishwasher. It leaked all over the hardwood floor. RC Willey gave me all kinds of problems about paying the installment charge for replacement. Finally I went to a different company and they replaced the dishwasher for free. I also bought a dryer from them that had a problematic vent and RC Willey's response was, "What do you want me to do?" They've been very unprofessional towards me as a customer.

Tom Bock, the salesman who helped us with our purchase, was knowledgeable of the furniture he showed us. We were impressed with his helpfulness and courtesy. The sofa we purchased was just what we wanted in terms of the fabric, style, and color. The price was very reasonable for the quality of sofa. The purchase price was $100 less than the regular selling price, which made the price of the sofa $599.99. We decided to have the sofa treated with Scotchgard, which cost $69.99. There was a delivery charge of $45.00. The sofa was delivered on September 26, 2006. R. C Willey's delivery man called before delivering the sofa to say it would arrive between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. The sofa was delivered at 10:30 a.m. From start to finish, we received excellent service from R. C. Willey.

The company was two weeks late as they didnt have time to come out. The company did do extra work for a cheaper price. I did get a good deal. I had a hard time getting them on the phone as they were always busy. I would recommend them for more work.
