As usual, RC Willey rep took care of us. He did a great job.

Very professional and thorough sales process w lots of follow up by Bobby T. They also use a very reputable install company that we wouldn’t hesitate to use again.

I couldn’t be more pleased with the sales associate. She was professional, knowledgeable and totally concerned that I get exactly what I wanted when I wanted it. She did her part to make sure the measurements were done promptly. The man who did measurements arrived on time and passed the info to my sales associate the same afternoon. Sales associate also called me same day with cost information and I arranged to meet with her for payment today. She said she’d call me tomorrow with installation appointment, including my time frame request.

All was well. The installer arrived on time and did a great job on the hookup.

We needed our carpet stretched as it had developed wrinkles in only four years. RC Willey gave us the name of four people that did this work. We called one of them and he came out but he did not do a good job. When we called him back to let him know carpet was wrinkling he took two weeks to return our call and still has not come to repair it. I don't think we will ever hear from him again. We are very disappointed. We paid him and even gave him a tip. We will have to find someone else to do the job correctly. I am not posting the name of the independent contractor for another couple of weeks just in case he does respond.

Delivery went well, and dining room table and chairs are very nice.

All of my floors, I had kitchen floor, bathroom tile, laminate wood floors, all of my carpeting. And they just did stairs. That was a special order. Shera works there and she calls me on specials. I only go in there when she is working. What stands out is the quality of the products. The showroom, they have everything to show me and then you can bring them home and bring them back again. The quality of the workmen is outstanding. They keep the same people. You have a year or eighteen months with no interest to pay off whatever you are getting. You can use it while you have your payment plan. I do that all the time.

I chose a mattress that I wanted. The salesperson was great, but the rest of the staff has been difficult to communicate with. During the purchase, the incorrect mattress was entered into the system. The mattress that was delivered was not correct and was used. The tags had been cut off and they attempted to attach fake tags to the used mattress.

Purchased carpet at the store. Scheduled measurement, done on time. Installation was done as scheduled. Carpet looks great, no scratches or any other damage of any kind. Installer was friendly, professional. Sales person was very helpful. Cashier was a little annoying when I went in to pay the bill but I am very happy with the results.

The bid that RC Willey gave was a little different than what their sales guy had quoted, not drastically but enough to surprise me.

They're well established in Utah, they have a good reputation, and they're a good company.

They gave me the impression that they would take the old mattress out of here but they did not. As far as the service goes, there was not really much of a price tag involved because the service came with the purchase price. I did my research on the price and found a good deal. I would recommend them to others.

Salesroom had all available models to try. Staff was laid back, answering questions only when asked. We were given plenty of time to try mattresses and also the store gives a 30 day return guarantee once the mattress is in your home. Might have waited for a sale but the pricing was fair. Delivery prompt and efficient.

Very good service, and quality, good prices. They delivered quickly and in their window. Small stain from delivery, but they sent a person to remove the stain and then called to make sure I was satisfied. Impressive committment to service.

The salesman was very nice he went through the whole store and plugged in the chairs for us to try. They treated us very well. The pricing was in the ball park, it wasn't a good deal but it wasn't a bad deal either. The salesman did a really nice job, I enjoyed working with him. We will continue to use this store again in the future.

The delivery was fine. It was on time. I find their salespeople to be aggressive. You have to kind of toe the line with them. They try to tell you things that I don't think are necessary. On the whole, it was a decent experience.

When purchasing the dishwasher on Memorial Day, I expressly requested of the salesperson to check and see if I was an Advantage Plan member, as I wanted to get the free delivery and install with the dishwasher, as is regularly advertised with the plan, along with old appliance removed. After checking, the salesperson said yes, I do have that plan. Upon delivery, the delivery drivers said they could not install or remove the old appliance. When I called the RC Willey customer service department on the morning a week later, the representative confirmed that I had the plan, and that I could call the install company direct to come take care of the installation. I contacted the install company, and they said they needed an order number to not charge. When I called RC Willey back that afternoon, a different customer service representative put me on hold for several minutes, then transferred me to the original salesperson, who proceeded to expressly lie about what he had communicated to me when I purchased the appliance, but said I could pay $109 to have it installed now, which I refused to pay. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told "I AM the manager" in a very unprofessional tone, and then alluded to me that I could call corporate if I liked and hung up. I am in the process of returning the dishwasher, will never purchase another item from this company (sadly, this is not the first poor experience I have read or heard of with RC Willey), and will make it a point to tell everyone of the unprofessional and unethical business practices of RC Willey.

The gasket didn't work when I bought the dishwasher. It leaked all over the hardwood floor. RC Willey gave me all kinds of problems about paying the installment charge for replacement. Finally I went to a different company and they replaced the dishwasher for free. I also bought a dryer from them that had a problematic vent and RC Willey's response was, "What do you want me to do?" They've been very unprofessional towards me as a customer.

Tom Bock, the salesman who helped us with our purchase, was knowledgeable of the furniture he showed us. We were impressed with his helpfulness and courtesy. The sofa we purchased was just what we wanted in terms of the fabric, style, and color. The price was very reasonable for the quality of sofa. The purchase price was $100 less than the regular selling price, which made the price of the sofa $599.99. We decided to have the sofa treated with Scotchgard, which cost $69.99. There was a delivery charge of $45.00. The sofa was delivered on September 26, 2006. R. C Willey's delivery man called before delivering the sofa to say it would arrive between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. The sofa was delivered at 10:30 a.m. From start to finish, we received excellent service from R. C. Willey.

They put in hardwood flooring in one room our house. They also put in carpeting throughout the rest of the house. They are very friendly, courteous, helpful and professional. I like the salesman there. I would recommend them to friends and family.

The company was two weeks late as they didnt have time to come out. The company did do extra work for a cheaper price. I did get a good deal. I had a hard time getting them on the phone as they were always busy. I would recommend them for more work.

The salesman was wonderful. They do not come on time. He was a day late. I did not like that. I had a credit for furniture at the store, and they took it upon themselves to use the credit for my flooring. I did not like that.

At first we had some problems with the carpet. They did fix the problem. Overall, they did a great job. The workers were professional, and they did their best to accommodate my hours. I felt the price was right.

We were very pleased with this company. Not any problems. We are happy with the end product.

I had an excellent experience. They came and did the job that, they were expected to do with no problems. I would recommend them to friends or others anytime.
