i hired them to do yard work and his crew broke my fence. When I mentioned this to the owner he took no responsibility and said he can;t babysit his crew. I told him that I couldn't babysit them either!! He accused me of walking around the yard looking at their work and inspecting it!

The only problem I had was that they said they would be here one day and never showed up and didn't call. When they came they were excellent.

Very prompt. Just wanted a bid to repair system and the man who came out fixed it on the spot! A lot less money than I was expecting to pay. Very professional and polite. Will use again! Recommend highly!

Craig, at Action Lawn & Yard Care, contacted me very quickly and came out within a few days to look at my sprinkler issue. We decided on the repairs and another guy from Action (sorry, I did not get his name) was at my house on a not-ideal day since it had been raining and cold, He repaired 3 sprinkler heads and also a valve on one of the stations. My sprinkler system is old (galvanized pipes) and has been my Achilles heel since moving into the house 15 years ago. I am SO pleased to finally have someone that I can trust do the necessary repairs.

I hired Action to winterize my sprinklers, but was not very happy with the experience. I only dealt with Craig and JJ. I only spoke with Craig on the phone. He was the one who scheduled my appointment, but I thought he could have been a little more friendly/personable. I found JJ to be quite likable with a great handshake and positive eye contact, but wasn't very happy with the work. The sprinklers were blown out successfully, but only after an irrigation key ended up stuck in the pipe to my irrigation lock and my soffit ended up all scratched up. It also rubbed me the wrong way when he said he didn't charge me extra for the additional "trouble" and then proceeded to upsell me for an additional $550.00 repair. For what was only a brief twenty minute visit, I was charged $65.00 which seemed a little high. I'll definitely be buying myself an air compressor next year so I can winterize my system myself. All in all, though I may be open to working with Action again, it was not a positive first experience. I wouldn't specifically go out of my to recommend them to you.

I have been using Action Lawn Care for years, they always do a great job at a fair price, They even do extra things I ask them to without any hesitation. Great crews and a great company, I will use them for sure in the future.

Action Lawn and Yard Care was extremely fast to respond after submitting my request on this site. When the crew came to my parents house to perform the work they made them feel very comfortable and were very polite and professional. They did an excellent job with the yard cleanup (it needed it!!) and my mom is very happy with it. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone looking.

I thought the requested fee was pretty high for 15-20 minutes of work, otherwise the diagnosis and repair work were spot on.
