First time they came out, they were not here for more than 5 minutes to spray the hole yard. Did not leave a card or anything, did not even send a bill in the mail, I happened to be looking at my email and had a bill there, called them to tell them **I do not think the weeds were killed all the way** and they did come to re spray. But was not even sure who originally came out tell then. Bad customer service, should leave a card or come to you and make sure you are happy, send a paper bill in the mail, if not a invoice when at the home. Just some advice for you.

The guy was able to assess what was wrong (water coming up when the system was shut down) and assured me that there was nothing actually wrong and he shut down the system for the winter. We talked about looking at my backyard sprinklers in the Spring.
