Antonio did an excellent job tiling our floor and new shower and walls around toilet area. We had a few problems with the communication between main office and the bidders/inspectors but worked it out. Nephi and Rob did an excellent job with the bidding and inspecting. Thanks

Utah Floor Covering hired an independent contractor. He is wonderful but Utah Flooring leaves a lot to be desired!!!

Due to water damage, I needed subfloor and laminate replaced in a mobile home bathroom. They did excellent work, got the job done fast, and everyone was professional, clean and courteous. The price was a relief!

The actual painter, Rob Trujillo and his crew, were great and did whatever I asked....even found a perfect color that I had been unable to find or have mixed. The job turned out very well and I am pleased with all results. The customer service with Utah Flooring was confusing and iffy (lots of "I'm in a meeting" messages). Once the sales and office get organized, I am sure things will get better. They are nice people and want to please, but I could give them some lessons on responding to customer calls and service.

Very poor communication, poor-poor services, used very low grade contractors paint on my interior walls, they never used primer as promised. Very unsatisfied-0 I would never use their services again and do no recommend them.

Lg. tile project generated plenty of dust and grit throughout the house and garage as well as splatter on walls, cupboards, and ceiling; quality of the tile job was good; cleanup was cursory and inadequate; UFC had no cleanup crew available for cleanup after tile crew left. Homeowner credited $75 for cleanup. Good quality tile job; cleanup?.... not so much.

The workers where very friendly and very respectful.

Friendly but not very organized. The carpet job was just OK. I had stairs carpeted and in one section the carpet looked like it was cut short and wasn't flush against the wall.

They are very responsive and punctual.

Luiz was very professional and did a lovely job.
