They were extremely friendly and accomodating. They helped us find the carpet that we wanted within the constraints of our budget and were extremely patient and helpful. Constant follow ups for scheduling and making sure that we were satisfied (and yes we were). The installer was really fast but everything looks like it was done right and well on my walk through. They were recommended by a friend and I would recommend them too.

I've never dealt with a company who had such horrible communication we ended up being four weeks out after the installer said that he wasn't going to be able to do it never heard from him again, the project manager? I tried to call him a couple times he never called back and finally I got a hold of somebody and just told them never mind I want my money back so we never even ended up doing the project. Horrible company I will never hire them for anything an I will never recommend them to anyone I know. After all this happened I received a phone call from the owner Jason and we where able to work out a lot of things he was pretty upset at how everything was handled and how I was treated, he didn't want to leave us with this bad experience so we came to a deal and he sent over Heber to finish up some thing in another bathroom he was a great guy. Although we could not come to a deal to get everything done that was in the original bid for the original price, I am happy with the work that Hebert did. I'm not going to change my review all together because they really need to work on communication with customers. Jason will be refunding my money minus the six hours that Hebert was here.

a 2-3 week project turned into 3 months! After I requested an estimate, they were quick and professional to give me a response. Amber called me the same day for a 50% down payment and scheduled the demolition for three days the following week. So far, so good. However things changed very quickly. The guy who did the demo was very nice, but did not complete it. He said he would be back the next day with help to get the shower tub out. He came, removed additional sheet rock and left. When we did not hear anything else, I called the office. After leaving 3 messages and NO ONE returned my call, I ended up calling Jason, and he scheduled the following Tuesday for the demolition to be complete. Well, we made arrangements for my son in law to be at the house (he had to cancel his college class for the appointment) and Rob showed up at the house, looked at the demo and said "that's not my job" and left. Since then, NOTHING has been completed according to the schedule we had agreed to with Amber. A matter of fact, my son had been waiting for someone to come work and once again we were stood up. I spoke (actually rather yelled) at Rob and Amber when I found out that Rob and Cindy rescheduled everything WITHOUT ever consulting or notifying us to see if it would fit in our schedule or if we would be able to request time off from work for these days. Both my husband and I are not able to just take time off from work without making prior arrangements. The lack of communication is beyond unacceptable, and at this point I am extremely disappointed in your company's customer service and delivery. Then, they installed the wrong floor tile and tried to tell me that is what I had ordered, until I showed them the pic. Nothing was delivered on time, or delivered at all and we had to run around trying to find something else for the installers to use. Jose did a great job on the tiling, however he mixed the concrete and mud on my original wood floor without any protection, and cut the tile in my bedroom. At the end they offered to repair the damage, but with the bad experience with this company we declined and agreed to settle, Do yourself a favor and do not hire them for a bathroom remodel.

I worked with Heber and he was amazing! The work was professional and timely. He worked around my schedule, gave me great advice, and kept me informed at all times. The bathroom looks beautiful. I would definitely work with Utah Floor Coverings again. My only complaint is that it was occasionally difficult to get a hold of anyone at the showroom.

We had numerous delays and poor communication between the company themselves as far as where material was and when the install was scheduled. Once the floors were installed they looked great and even came back to fix a bad spot; however, do not hire this company to do stairs. They do not know what they're doing and mine look terrible. They refuse to call me back to discuss or rectify the situation. They are hardwood floors with carpet running up the center. The entire project was a mess from the start and looks terrible. I will have to hire someone else to fix it.

Derek Love, the man that finished my tile project for Utah Flooring is truly an expert and in my opinion, is an artist. He works fast and very proficient in his trade. I would recommend him to anyone that needs tile installed.

The work was great. The tile looks amazing. The salesman Mike that we worked with was horrible. We would go with this company again, but would not work with mike.

The lead, Jay, was incredibly conscientious and thoughtful about the work. He put in long hours to get the job done, including weekends. He's a good person and does good work.

Good experience

The installer would tell me he would be at the house at 8am and then not show up till 9:30/10 am. Was not a dependable person. I was told up front that the installers start between 9-11am. Are you serious? Then they work thru your dinnertime so you dont eat til 7-8pm. I was on the installers schedule instead of my schedule. I hired this company because the quote was great. The work was a 4 out of 5 and the quality of the laminate flooring was a 5 out of 5.

I got 3 bids to do my carpet, laminate, and tile installation. Out of the 3, I was most comfortable with Paul from Utah Floor Coverings. The personalized approach to service, knowledge, professionalism, not to mention the price were the reasons I chose them. During the installation project, there were a few hiccups that occurred. Paul, Jason, and Cindy took care of everything in a timely manner and all issues were resolved. I am enthusiastic reference for Utah Floor Coverings, and will be using them on 2 other projects I have planned

Troy Davis was the sub contractor used for this protect. He was excellent. Knowledgeable, professional with outstanding customer focus.

Absolutely the worse experience I have ever had with a service provider. Terrible communication throughout the project, lack of follow-through, and a lack of business ethics. We hired them for flooring, kitchen backsplash and counter-top. They dropped the ball continuously throughout the project without apology. At the end, there was a small item that needed their attention, and they refused to finish up the job. After they were paid in full, they stopped communicating. Now, we have a hole in the back of our counter-top that I will have to take care of myself, at my expense.

The painters job was horrible lots of missed areas drips splatters and bubbles tried to charge me more than the quote the office manager hung up on me when I tried to send her pictures of the work the worst experience I've ever had with a "professional company" don't think I'll use home advisor again
