These guys did an awesome job. I strongly recommend them. I am having them come back to install a laminate floor for me. I am very pleased. In Heber City it is difficult to get things quickly, and these guys were here immediately and did the work the same day.

I changed the service from a carpet stretch to a carpet and laminate flooring removal and install. The technicians were 3 hours late on the first day, without a courtesy phone call, and late every day after. Carpet remnants, Gatorade bottles, and garbage was left behind for me to clean up. Doors, which had been removed for the install, were left off of the hinges. The install was not completed when they "finished" and I had to call them back because they "forgot" to stretch the carpet in one room and did not remove a large number of staples and carpet from the stairs. I had to argue with Jason just to get this done. Of course this all took place over text message because he refused to answer his phone or call me back. When I sent a text to Paul (because he would not answer his phone) informing him the installers were late again, he text back "CALL OFFICE". I would STRONGLY recommend against using this company. Good luck to you if you do.

We found Utah Floor Coverings through Home Advisor when we needed a professional to install porcelain tile flooring in our new kitchen. We were on a tight timeline and this company was able to accommodate our request for quick service. From the quote, to the customer service/scheduling calls, to the actual installation, the service could no have been better. My questions were answered in a timely manner. Everyone was extremely professional, friendly and great to work with. The installation was done beautifully. We are so, so happy with the result. On top of that, the cabinet installers asked me who laid our tile and told me it was one of the most level jobs they'd ever seen, which made all other parts of the kitchen installation run smoothly. We would definitely hire Utah Floor Coverings again in the future and highly recommend their tile installation services.

The management of this business is a joke. We had to keep calling to make sure their workers would be coming to our house to do the job, even on days they said they would. They didn't order enough product so we only had half our floors done for a week, then they tried to cut corners and install it before it acclimated. The worker in charge of demolition just didn't show up some days, and when he did it was only for an hour or so, which meant the workers in charge of installing the new floors couldn't finish their jobs. The management seemed pretty clueless about the progress of the job, and I suspect this is why it took them a month to get everything done--we still have some transitions that need to be placed. At least Pedro and Josh who did the actual floor install did awesome work. The floors look great but I wouldn't recommend Utah Flooring and Design.

Very professional

We hired Utah Floor Coverings for a bathroom tile job. During the demo the tub was damaged. The tile installation was not completed and we were advised that the work would be completed. We were told there would be resolution and we were given the run around. We tried contacting many times and we could not get a return call. They offered to send someone to paint the tub where it was scratched and we refused. They never completed the job or repaired the tub. The install should have taken two days, but after two months the project was still not completed. We eventually had to hire another contractor to complete the job.

They just need to be there when they say they are.

I paid this company in March in full for flooring and stairs, as of today which is August the job is incomplete with two stairs that are hazardous and I've asked them several times to come out to repair them. Just spoke to the owner Jason, based on his response I'm gonna have to report them to the Better Business Bureau, this is a rental property and my tenets are at risk of falling. DO NOT HIRE this unprofessional company.
