Shane and Patrick did a good job of laying the bathroom tile. The only problem was that their work was over scheduled by the office and it took longer than I thought it would.

Do not hire this company. All of the bad reviews are true. They are nice to you to get your business but once they have your deposit they do not return calls and the contractors are a nightmare. They over ordered carpet and charged us and left it sitting in our living room. The tile guy broke our toilet. The laminate floor installer didn't show up multiple times. When I finally got a hold of the owner he told me he was in my house working and I would get home from work to find no one had been there. They were a nightmare to work with. I would not recommend them for any job.

I was quoted $160 for the job. They came by and did an excellent job in 15 minutes. After finishing the job the technician called his office and told my wife (I was not home) that it would be an additional $125. No explanation was given. I couldn't have been that the job required more extensive work (in just 15 minutes?).

Over bought materials and didnt give credit for them.left them sitting on my floor...not good for job that was done.

I was very impressed with the whole team at Utah Flooring Coverings. They were able to get out and give us a bid and have the Carpet installed in just over a week! The communication on the schedule and with the installers was fantastic! We put new carpet in the basement and upstairs, Paul was very upfront and let us know this was most likely a 2 day job. The installers we great kept me informed on the progress and when they thought they could finish and even stayed until after 7 to complete the job! They new carpet is amazing and we are very happy with and would recommend using Utah Floor Coverings!

The carpet install was scheduled very last minute as the other installers that came to install the carpet we purchased at local store could not do the job. Utah Floor Coverings found competent installers in a day. Saved our Thanksgiving - thank you!

I hired these guys to do a bathroom remodel. It was supposed to take 2 1/2 to 3 weeks, and ended up taking them almost 3 months. There were countless problems during this time. They sent 1 guy to do the whole remodel by himself. He would show up late, take 2-3 hour lunches, work a couple of hours and then leave. There were many days he didn't even show up to work at all. My complaints to the owners were trivialized and ignored. It was the worst experience I have ever had with a remodel. My advice is that you save yourself a lot of stress and anguish, and look elsewhere for someone to do your job.

The job started out with a few problems but Utah Floor Coverings worked with us to resolve everything. We are 100% satisfied. Ricky is amazing.

Some young was supposed to arrive at 9a and ended up showing at 3p. Terribly overpriced. Never completed the job. Joke of a company. Owner has the email handle 'assertivepaul'. My advice is to steer clear of these hucksters.

Bryan did our carpets. I was amazed on how fast he completed this job. Very good at what he does.

Paul handled our estimate and was extremely fast and very professional. They worked around our schedule and everything went very smoothly. Adam was a true pro and had the back splash up and looking amazing in no time. Great experience and will use them again!

This company was awful to deal with. Utah Flooring did not even oversee or manage their own project. They did not listen to our concerns at all for the duration of the project. They kept sending incompetent subcontractors to save money, but would not communicate to us or the subs. We fired this company halfway through because we figured it would be easier to just find someone else to finish the project then to keep begging and pleading for Utah Flooring to send someone competent. Avoid this company. They are not professional at all. The company was clueless about the details of our project through the whole thing.

This rating is based on Window Casing and not Flooring I hired Utah Flooring based on the reviews I had read on Home Advisor, the one thing I fail to read was most of their 5 star reviews were based on flooring not window casing. I had a time getting anyone on the phone once the project started however when it come to collecting payment they were quick to call. The installers for the window casing were good, they started a day late however they did finish on time however a two day paint job turned into a 5 day nightmare. Now, I understand that during installation accidents happen and most decent companies take the time to repair the damages that they have made. Not that this one! They took no responsibility and they claimed that they had a year warranty. I called them and they should be on Friday at 2:00 PM however with their record I would expect to see them maybe sometime next year. The sale person who came out and measured incorrectly, they brought the wrong size of material needed and he really did not take the time to listen to what I was asking for. The quote came in low and then because of his mistake it doubled and I was okay with that however even after I explain in detail they still did not bring what they needed. They did address the error in material quickly. The other thing that I had a an issue with was after the job was completed. They did not clean up after themselves and over-spray was all over my house. I would not recommending for window cases however they sound like when it comes to flooring they would do a much better job. My rating is base on window casing and not flooring.
