Ruined my house! Took 11 weeks when it was supposed to take 7 business days. Quality non existant.Treated me poorly, blowing me off. Contracters not licensed.

My installer Josh was awesome. I bought some tiles but had no idea what kind of pattern I wanted in the shower. He put different ideas up and sent pics while I was at work. Really happy with the result.

I didn't know that I had the wrong flooring surface to install hardwood so instead of making it a frustrating experience for me in delaying the project, Jason worked with me in in giving me a discount price to have his crew remove and install the right surface in a timely matter. Because of this we were able to enjoy an installed hardwood floor in our family room in just a few days. Very good workmanship and very friendly service. Kaisa was very friendly and happy to help with the finishing touches of the flooring to make it look very nice.

I was skeptical about hiring them after Reading some of the reviews. The estimator was prompt and on time. He was very helpful helping us decided on some of the details. The tile was delivered a day early and this eased my mind a bit. The day the demo-tile installer arrived he was on time and very eager to work. I love my new floor tile and would highly recommend this company and Achilles the man who did the work. He was so dedicated to getting the job done, he worked 9-12 hours a day again I would not hesitate to hire them again. Terry Molloy

Easy to work with.

Day one the work was suppose to start at 7:30am he didn't arrive until 2:00pm. They said it would take 3 days for 578 sq ft, they left on the 4th day and 3 1/2 months later the job is still incomplete. When I came home on the 4th day the floor was so dirty you couldn't even tell that it was a dark laminate. I have spoken to the owner twice and 3 supervisors and have been told the installer would be out to complete the job. I also told the billing department not to take the remaining $1,200 out of my account until the installer finished the work. The owner promised me a discount and said I would be happy once the job was done. The monies were taken out, no discount and I have not seen the ins taller since June 8th. I have sent numerous emails, made call after call with no results. There are 6 different places that the floor does not even go under the baseboards. All the corners of my baseboards were just set in not nailed in. My home is only 8 years old but the baseboards look like it is a 20 year old home. I have spent at least 40 hours trying to repair everything. I am a divorced women so, I don't have the power tools to do the job correctly. Two weeks ago I sent them the final email and said I would give them two weeks to finish or I was going to give them a bad review and contact the better business bureau. I have not heard anything. I sent pictures to the owner and he apologized and reassured me I would not be disappointed. I am heartbroken and so angry to be treated with such disrespect.

Did the job as requested

My project was an usual one that posed several difficulties. Utah Flooring made sure to send out James Beauchaine, a master craftsman who is very knowledgeable and experienced in multiple areas, and could tackle such a project. The results were excellent.

The estimator came on time and the carpet layer was also on time and both were very pleasant and they did a good job!
