I am haunted by requests for evaluation by email. I have explained that aspects of the evaluation concern me and cause me to refrain from responding. I have told the customer service person during phone calls of my concern. During the phone call I have stated my compliments for the repair staff but explained why I am uncomfortable with the email requirements.

They were great and I appreciate the work.

good job, they came when they said and installed the floor like advertised. I think they could have provided a little more information about the process, overall you will get your monies worth from them. I'd give them another opportunity if I needed another floor installed

The quote was a bit higher than the other companies that had given estimates, but I decided to go with the company than had the most install experience. (or so I thought) I had beautiful blue ridge hickory shipped to my house through a different company. When the installer originally showed up he refused to do the install, telling me to return the hardwood and go when something he recommended. When I refused to do that and go with a separate company, I had three more people and two owners calling and assuring me it was just because the wood had not acclimated correctly... I still believe they were trying to get me to spend more money. The actual flooring was put in well, but I do not recommend working with this company. They had little regard for our belongings, poor communication and customer service skills, and rarely showed up when scheduled.

Great installer with job done within time stated.

Ricardo and his team were wonderful to work with. They are professional and gracious. The quality of their product and their customer service are the best we have found. We will use them again without hesitation.

The installer was great and worked with my needs and went above and beyond what he was required to do.

The tile person was unable to do a high degree of difficulty.

The workmanship was great when completed. Also the clean up was thorough. I had a lot of frustration with the scheduling though, waiting at times I expected work to be done only to find it wasn’t going to happen that day. I would have appreciated better communication. My time is valuable also, and I don’t like waiting for someone who isn’t coming. A call would be helpful.

They ran very late

My only complaint it the communication of when the installer was going to show up. The timelines of the installation were not accurate from consult to installation. The installer didn't ask how we wanted the tile layout to be and had the install almost completed when I noticed.

My bathroom looks fantastic! I wish I could post pictures. Isaac does AMAZING work and he was great to work with. Always asked questions if he needed clarification and even suggested ideas to make the outcome even better than we expected. Would definitely recommend them!

Installer Jeremy was great saved the day. Demo was a junk show. Started ripping out sub flooring without asking said was damaged it wasn’t. Wanted to charge me to install new sub luckily I had additional flooring under sub. Put the job 3 days behind. Be cautious about warranty talk it’s only one year not life time they tried to overcharge my card before the job was done good thing I shut it off feeling they were shady. Left huge mess since they tore the sub flooring up I had to hire plumber to install new drain pipe because it was to tall. Extra 300.00. It was a nightmare. The installer was great. I would not ever use this company, or recommend them. Go to Lowe’s or Home Depot

I could not have been more disappointed with these guys and I feel they are incapable of doing a professional job. The guy that came out and bid was very professional and knew his craft, however, the guys that actually install and manage the project didn't. My wife and I took a week of half days off at our jobs to accommodate the installer. We would rotate schedules. She would work mornings and I evenings so we could be there when the installer showed. Everyday the installer would show about 2-4 hours after he told us he would be there. Taking a half day off of work was completely wasted while I was sitting at home waiting for them to show up. When the installer did show up, he had no idea what he was supposed to do. The project manager was never there and I had to try to explain to the installer what the job was. The first install was so bad they had to rip it out and start over. The second install was almost as bad as the first. Many tiles were laid so carelessly that they broke loose. Others laid so unevenly that a few have already chipped from walking on them. Two tiles stick up so high you can trip on them. Grout missing between tiles, you can see through the tiles to the preexisting flooring. Grout was left on our walls. They used our bathtub to either clean their tools or mix their cement or grout. Hand prints were left all over our newly painted walls. Greasy hand prints left on our refrigerator door that won't come off. They used tiles that had chips in them. They would stop tiling a few inches from the wall leaving a large gap. There is cement left on our walls. We are two months into a quoted 10 day job and it's still not complete, yet they charged my card for the entire balance on the 10th day. Save your money. They took $8000 from us and our floors and home are worse off than before we started. We have to bring in new guys to finish the job.

they are timely. got the estimate . it was fair. got it done in one day and it looks great. will use them again.

Professional and friendly. Helpful with all questions and easy to work with. We were very pleased with the new counter top and the price was great.

Gave me the wrong material. Communication waa horrible. Work done on the floor was below average. I will never ever use these guys. Now I have to fix there work. Horrible Company.
