Utah Flooring & Design is one of the few companies with true customer service. They have people to answer the questions and respond when you inquire. You don't have to wait a week for someone to get back to you. They are responsive, thoughtful, fair, and do quality work.

The floors look great. The baseboards came out perfectly. Amy is awesome.

We purchased our laminate flooring through Floor and Decor and Utah Flooring & Design were recommended installers. We shopped around a bit getting bids from other installers, but Utah Flooring & Design were quickest to respond and beat everyone else's price for installation. We paid half up front and the remainder at the end of the job. The installers were quick, did quality work, and cleaned up the work area nicely before leaving. Customer service made it easy to make the payments and schedule everything. This is our second time using them, and we highly recommend them!

Very fast

We had a very small hiccup on when the installers were coming. But we just followed up and everything was fine. Chris was great to work with.

On time, fast. A little hard to get the answers to my questions on time but other than that it?s good

Everything went great. My only complaint was that there was a little bit too much communication - in the less than a week that it took to do our project with no roadblocks (super straightforward on both ends) I had over 20 emails, texts and phone calls. It was a little overwhelming and felt like it took up a lot of my inbox. But the installer was great, the carpet looks awesome and the price was right. I couldn't ask for much better!

Go with someone other than this company they are not reliable.

Did a good job! Reasonable in price

Couldn’t be happier with my carpet choice and installation. The carpet was delayed, but made sure to keep me in the loop and updated with changes. Great experience, from quote with Jack Esper to installation and follow up.

Guys were quick friendly did a great job

They hired a subcontractor who did a very good job. However, the subcontractor called me a week after the job was done to ask if I was satisfied because Utah Flooring was refusing to pay them.

My experience was great, start to finish. There was a hold up with my carpet, but they kept me updated on everything. My carpet looks amazing and I’ll be calling again for future projects.

Missed appointments when I took a vacation day, missing materials, wrong materials, shoddy craftsmanship, damaged moldings, bad transitions between existing carpet and new flooring, unauthorized charges to credit card, and terrible customer service. DO NOT HIRE THIS CONTRACTOR!!!!!!

I had a very good experience with this company. Everything from sales to install was just fine, at a fair price. I had a minor problem getting a wall register back on the wall, so they came out and fixed it for me within a day or two. Very satisfied and would definitely recommend.

Coordination with the installer was poor. We were given a window which was missed by nine hours. Final,job was good, but we wasted a whole day waiting for the installer.

It has been smooth sailing from the beginning. Paul went out of his way to bring samples to my house repeatedly and the installers have been nothing but professional and efficient. I would recommend Steve's Crew everyday! This was over a 2000 sq ft job and I am extremely happy. Thank you Utah Flooring & Design!
