I needed a few boards of my wood floor repaired. Cole was my installer and he did a great job. I was contacted by the office via text to ensure he was on site and that the job was completed. Very happy with my experience.

Lack of communication between sales people and installers. Extremely rude and disrespectful installer. One guy just keep on his work the other one would have outbursts of cursing, anger over the fact he HAD to do the job, and complained for the solid 3 days he was at my house It was extremely upsetting. Not enough space here to detail everything.

I hired Utah flooring and decor (UFD) to finish a flooring project I started and wasn't able to finish on my own. UFD was prompt, curtious and very affordable. I will definitely use them again if I need any floor work done.

They were easy to work with, they had great workers and did a wonderful job.

They were very responsive and competitive in providing a quote and quick to schedule the work. Give time a call.

Be sure to understand what costs were not included in their quote.

The guy that did the work was very unreliable. He'd say that he was going to be back then wouldn't show. He was in the process of moving from out of state, but it started to take it's toll. took a few weeks to complete. Final product was nice, but there were details that I wasn't crazy about. I was selling the house, so I let it slide, but if it had been my own home I would have pushed him a little harder.

Customer service was horrible. I do not recommend.

Ask for Kaysa to be your project mamager.

Ben was fantastic to work with in helping me identify what I needed. Nate was excellent to work with on the install and was very thorough and respectful. He even cleaned up the area and left it looking better than when he arrived.

My Fiance & I had gone over this project with multiple professionals. When we met with Utah Flooring &; Design, there was no question on who we wanted to hire at that point. They finished the work & did a remarkable job. The team who did the install was very courteous. We will definitely hire them for any other projects we have in the future!

We had luxury vinyl and carpet installed in our motor home. Cameron came out, measured and helped us pick out the product. He was very knowledgeable and gave us a fair bid. Carlos did the install, was very nice to work with and did a great job. It looks great and we are very happy with how it all turned out.

There was a tiny hiccup getting the job started, but they worked it out, got it done and gave me an appropriate discount. The floor looks great.

Terrible to work with, no communication, and bad customer service. Once they have your money, they will never call you back. They try and up charge you at every turn. Their workers are completely unsupervised, show up and leave at random times. They have gone through 2 project deadlines. Don't make the same mistake I did. There are plenty of other flooring contractors in the area.
