Unreliable. Poor quality work. Would not refund my money.

Great in home consultation. Installers were professional and quick.

Everything went as promised. Utah flooring was excellent to deal with. Price was reasonable. We were especially pleased with our installer, Pedro. He knew his job and was very efficient. Based on this experience, we would highly recommend Utah flooring. (Utah flooring expertly corrected a problem that a previous flooring company had caused).

Had a rocky start due to miscommunication on companies part. But, Utah Flooring and Design reached out, apologized, and sent someone out the next day. Had them stay all day until it was done, so I would not have to take off work. Quality is fantastic, and they also refunded a small portion of the labor. When the work was 1st done I posted the review above I left it there so you can see that at 1st the job looks good but after 8 to 12 months the floor started separating in the kitchen and the bathroom and the living room and became quite a problem it still separated I don't have the money to hire someone new to put a new floor in or fix it so don't hire these people.

Pedro did an excellent job.

The company is easy to work with - very professional in every way. The installers went above and beyond to make sure that the installation was perfect and met my expectations. This is an exemplary company in every way.

The estimator came look at the project knew we needed a sub floor and vanity removal with toilet removal install a new toilet and pedestal sink put in tile on the new floor. Project manager e-mail that a young man would be out to do the demo. That night got an e-mail about the installer was to arrive in the morning. No show then a new e-mail and different installer. No show. Then waited five day before they assigned a new installer he was a not show. I have been without bathroom vacilites for 12 day. I called and asked for a refund of my money, and they just hung up on me. So I tell all of you out there to be very careful what people promise and how much they lie. I also was billed each time an installer was to be at my home(4time). I hope to get a refund of my deposit but who's now, Just be careful and do not use this provider.

The installers showed up as scheduled but not all the material that was on our invoice was delivered. This caused a loss of a half day. No one from the company ever called us, we had to call them. We had another delay when not enough quarter round was ordered, a three day delay. The installers did a good job and were very easy to work with. We would have liked management to check on the job progress because it would have saved a lot more time. I think the overall the job looks great, but follow up by supervisors checking the job would have been nice.

We used Utah Flooring & Design for our backsplash project. Pros: Fantastic pricing. Customer service and sales representative were quick to respond to questions. Scheduled project without a long wait All employees were super friendly and easy to work with. Cons: Either sales rep did not accurately measure or installer created too much waste, but we had exactly enough tile and even had to use one cracked tile to finish the job, even though we ordered "extra". Also, there are a few places where tile was laid with uneven spacing (grout is noticeably thicker or thinner between tiles on certain spots), though I'm not sure anyone else would even notice. As we didn't pay top dollar, we are still overall pleased with the project.

They were very professional, they quickly responded to my emails and questions and set up appointments easily. I am very happy with my new floors!

Friendly, efficient, fixed my problem and did it cheaply

They could not meet scheduled appointments, difficult to contact the project manager, not worth the headaches.

Initial consultation was good and quote reasonable... work was scheduled quickly and the work done was very good and tilers very proficient and pleasant.... communication before the job was excessive, but better than none at all... however, after the job, we could not get any reply to our emails or calls from this company.... we had mailed a check and wished to have confirmation of receipt and could not get anyone to talk to us by any method.... the check was cashed, and still no confirmation, nor did we ever recieved a â paid in fullâ invoice which we requested.... sad, because if it hadnâ t been for the billing department, i would have given them a full five star rating.... i can recommend, but based on the quality and caliber of the tilers and the work they did....

We love our new counter tops! That said, the communication between Utah Flooring, their installer and us was horrible at best. The sales rep met us on schedule for the 2 appointments we had with him and kept in close communication. We had scheduled the tear out and installation for a particular day understanding that there could be a variance of a couple of hours. We then got a call saying it would be delayed from the morning to the early afternoon. 4:30pm rolled around and no phone call or message regarding the continuing delay. They finally showed up @ 5pm and got the tear out completed and put the counter tops in place. The job was finished the next day. Bottom line, a one day job took 2 due to a lack of communication. We would have given them 5 stars since we love the outcome of the job, but can't due to the time issue involved. We have been informed that they are working with their sub contractors to resolve the issue. We would recommend them for new counter tops, if you can handle the variable scheduling perhaps with out notification.

Workers need know the total job needed before they start to work.

They are great and getting the job done. I have hired them a few times.

Our installer, (Kyle) did an excellent job. He paid considerable attention to detail and kept the area very clean.
