Project took ten days instead of promised two days, and a small portion had to be torn out and redone due to incorrect tile spacing.

I have had nothing but trouble with this company. I have three full boxes of flooring left over, for which they will not refund the cost. The owner apparently doesn't take phone calls or deal with customers according to the project manager. Their customer service is non-existent. I am thoroughly disgusted with them

Jack E. is the most helpful contractor I have ever worked with. He did not make me feel like a woman with no experience. He listened and worked through all my questions and or problems. The installers did a fast, efficient job as well.

A two day job ended up being over 3 weeks due to an error in ordering the correct supplies. They ended up coming 5 different days to do one bedroom and my stairs. Very disappointed.

They worked with us to replace our carpeting and to put down laminate flooring as well as tile in the bathroom. The quotes were reasonable and they were very professional.

My laminate floor was installed efficiently in a timely manner. The installers were friendly and knowledgeable. I love my floors and I would definitely use Utah Flooring and Design again.

The carpet installation itself was great, but that was done by a contractor the company hires out. Dealing with Utah Flooring was awful. They didn t order enough carpet but didn t realize it until late on install day and had to scramble to find more and finish the next day. That had cascading affects for other projects I had lined up that I needed to scramble to change. Utah Flooring charged me for the additional carpet, which is fine, but when I asked if I could get any kind of break on the price because I hadn t budgeted for it and the hassle it caused they repeatedly said they d look into it . After weeks of calling and getting the same answer they just charged my card on file and ignored me. I would have taken a sorry you have to pay full price and been fine with it, but instead they took the cowardly way out and just ignored me until I went away. Buyer beware.

I had appts with two other flooring businesses. One came and said he couldn't do what I wanted. The second one failed to show up for appt even we spoke on the phone the night before. Utah Flooring showed up and did great. Went above and beyond. I will be calling them for my next flooring job.

This company charged us for six pieces of plywood that they never used. They left it in our garage. We have emailed and texted them several times to come and get it and to refund our money. They have not responded at all. We are extremely disappointed in their customer service.

The carpet is very good. I wasnt entirely happy with installation. It took two days and on the second day the boss wasnt there and the second installer wasnt as good. You could see the seam where the bedroom and hallway met. They did come back and fix the problem and now it is good.

These guys did a great job installing tile surrounding my fireplace. They were very professional, on time, left the area clean. Would hire them again in the future!

That Frank guy really knows his work very smart man takes pride in it he came in ahead of time and under quote price very nice job they all did. I'm really pleased I know I'll use them again I highly recommend them. Great job.
