Tile installer, Steven, is a first-class person and installer. He is very careful in every aspect of his work. Very professional in his demeanor. Did an excellent installation. On a scale of one to ten, Steven is a solid twenty in our estimation. Great job. Would recommend Steven for sure. Paul Turpin, Utah Flooring design consultant was also excellent and very helpful in setting up our job. He provided the list of materials we picked up for the job, and provided an accurate estimate of the cost for the job. Thank you to both of these gentlemen! Gerald R.

Bad. Just bad. Pay a few hundred more. They waste your time and have bad communication.

They caused damage during the demo to cabinets that had just recently been refinished. They did not want to take accountability for the damage and said it was there previously. They did not want to remove and reset baseboards, even though that was a service I paid for. The damage to the baseboards was extensive as well. I had already planned on painting after they completed, but I was shocked that they had caused so much destruction and were so careless. Their customer service is terrible, and they do not show much pride in their work at all. I would never recommend this company. I wish I could upload pictures of the state they left the kitchen cabinets and floorboards in.

The installer did a terrible job. I waited for 15 days for them to come back and finish the job. I had to move on with a floor I was not happy with. I requested a refund.

Floors look excellent

We hired Utah Flooring and Design to replace our old surround shower with a new tile shower. We were given a list of items to provide for the installation and were told it would be complete in a day or two. Not only did it take over a week to complete, but there were also several changes to the items requested by the subcontractor Utah Flooring and Design hired, changes in the scope of the project, and the shower edges were left unfinished. We were told that the nearly $4000 price we paid to replace a small basement guest shower (which we also demoed) did not cover completing the drywall hole they punched in the wall, but it also did not cover finishing the edges of the shower! Moreover, the price we were quoted was supposed to include cutting a foot from the current wall for venting, and because they did not know how to do it, they just tiled the whole wall. Ridiculous! How do you replace a shower and not complete the edges? How is your tile company still in business if you do not have anyone that fixes the drywall? The only reason we gave them any stars is because the tile work was decent.

They refuse to take my calls anymore, they told me not to call their office any longer.
