I had a great experience working with Utah Flooring and Design. Before we began the project, Paul was very responsive and answered every question that my wife and I had. Always called me back immediately if I left him a voicemail. He also brought out the installers to our home so we could ask them any additional questions we had. Our project was a very intricate herringbone pattern hardwood install on our main level as well as refinishing all of our existing hardwood. It turned out beautiful. The installers George, Lucy and Ugo were outstanding to work with. They took pride in what they were doing and told me that they considered a wood floor like this "art." That is exactly what it turned out to be. Not only was their work excellent, but they are really good people and very easy to have in our home. Because of the extent of the work preformed, the were in our house for a couple of weeks and to be honest, we were all a little sad when they were completely finished and we knew they weren't coming back. Now we are thinking of some new projects so we can have them back in our home. (Bet you have never heard someone say that before about a sub-contractor) :) Tara the project manager called us every day to make sure we were happy customers. Jason was also great to work with. Highly recommend this company!

They did a great job installing our carpet. They were on time,got it installed fast, and cleaned up after themselves - very professional!

I was very impressed with the professionalism Adrian showed. He was wonderful in his presentation. By bringing the samples/ "showroom" to me I didn't need to go pick out my selection at a warehouse. That saved a lot of time. Martin was a wonderful installer. He was very attentive to details and made sure he wasn't messy. I would love to hire them again for any future projects!

We hired Utah Flooring and Design to tile our two bathrooms and overall we were really happy with the experience. Our floors look great and you can tell that our installer, Cody, took his time and did quality work. From the first time we talked to the owner, until our project was done, every employee we talked to was super kind and attentive to our needs and at times went above and beyond what was expected to make sure we got what we needed. As with most things, there were times when it wasn t all perfect and steps were taken to correct the mistakes. Communication was quick and easy and our project was completed quickly. Super pleased with how everything turned out.

Prompt and courteous tile installers. The job was excellent. I had a little trouble with the email document signing, but that was probably me.

WE HAD A DIFFICULT TILE REMOVAL PROJECT. THEY WORKED SO HARD AT REMOVING IT AND TOOK ALL THE DEBRIS WITH THEM LEAVING EVERYTHING CLEAN. LIFESAVERS!

Great service. Was an issue with the toilet put back that the subcontract did not want to complete but was corrected by sending another person to finish and make sure it is ok

A color was suggested for the unique challenges of the room. Was perfect. Project done in time projected. Satisfied with quality so far.

Had them install a ornate arabesque tile which required a lot of small cuts and patchwork They did a great job and it looks beautiful. I would highly recommend them for any kind of tile work.

This company will not disappear on you like some other contractors. They are professional and want to help you on your repair and upgrade projects. They are always available with any concerns with a simple phone call. They are prompt.

I was told it wouldn't be more than 2 days. It took over a month. I have missing materials, the transition pieces aren't installed properly. I replaced my stove and all the wood popped up! And they won't fix it. If it was installed properly, it shouldn't have popped up. I was told a technician was coming back. Another no show no call.

Communication from this organization is non-stop before you sign their installation contract. They do the contract work for Floor and Decor through Installation Made Easy. As soon as you sign, crickets. Your assigned project manager will not return phone calls, texts, or emails (at least if you are working with Amy). Nobody knows what is going on. The guy who did demo work was a great guy and worked his heart out. But nobody at the office or project team would ever tell me what time demo would commence. I waited at home for about four hours today (had to leave work) for the installers to arrive. The time kept changing and finally got canceled. And nobody told me. I reached out to the installer directly who apologized and said they had pulled him off the job and the office was supposed to contact me. They did not. Amy, the project manager, would not take my calls. Would not respond to my texts. Nada. So I guess I spend the night with no toilet, cannot use the shower in the morning, and hope someone comes and installs my laminate tomorrow.

Utah Flooring & Design installed the tile backsplash in my 100 yr old house. The walls and window casing were a bit sketchy, but no problem for Antonio and his assistant. They were quick, pretty clean and efficient, and cleaned up the work site before they left. It looks beautiful and I am very happy.

This company has exceeded my expectations for the tile job that was done.

We had our carpets stretched, and I believe his name is Matt did an EXCELLENT job! It was a hard to do project and he mastered it!

I have no complaints about the quality of workmanship they did for us. Carpet looks great and finished in one day. Our wood floors were in bad shape and they look amazing!! This is the first review I have ever posted. First I expect a salesman to be there for you throughout the job. Our Salesman SIR Cameron was obviously annoyed or ignored us if we called. They are not very quick to answer or return calls and emails.

I'm very pleased with my carpet and install. They were very prompt and had everything installed in the same day. It was a 1200sqft basement and they a great job!!!
