We discovered after we filed our report that, first of all, another coupon arrived in the mail for the same service we just got for $59, even though the secretary assured us when we made the appointment that we wouldn't do better than the $99 coupon we had. From the price we actually paid, you can see that the $99 special we thought we were getting was nothing in comparison to the other "additional charges" and fees that came up. Unfortunately for us, the technicians did a fantastic smoke-and-mirrors job with us, drawing our attention to the spider and mouse infestation they found or the evidence of toxic mold they found. In the mean time, the other tech set up all the equipment and was already half-way through the job. The "written estimate" we were promised did not come until two hours later, leaving us thinking it was going to tack on another $100 or $200 to our $99 special. In any event, they told us they would send us a $40 check for the difference in the coupon, but we haven't received it. We have tried for the past two weeks to talk to their "customer service manager", but have been told each time that he would call us back within 2 business days. We have not received ANY calls back from the manager despite our repeated calling. No one can/will help us. After our very first complaint to the secretary during our "customer satisfaction survey", the original technician who did the job called us back right away and was nice but very defensive about their work and in the end said he would be happy to come out the next evening and do what was not done, but he would not concede anything when it came to price. For that, he said we'd have to talk to the customer service manager. But, the technicians did not show up at all for their appointment the next evening and they have not returned any of our messages. At first, though we were absolutely unsatisfied with the price, we were content thinking the work had been done. Now, however, we know that some of it wasn't done and so we are left wondering if it any of it was done at all. Despite being very polite and patient on the phone with the company, their lack of communication and respect for us is wearing our patience very thin quickly. Our overall experience with this company is an absolute 'F'. We will never recommend them to anyone for anything.
