Description of Work: The company was great we called to schedule the appointment and they were able to schedule for next day. They were very friendly both when I made the appointment and when I called to cancel. It was on a rental unit we have and we had not seen what the carpet looked like prior to purchasing and making the appointment. When we got in the unit the carpet was in worse shape than what we were expecting and we had to replace it. We were no longer in need of a cleaning.

Description of Work: They worked very hard to get the pet stains out of our carpet and came back to take care of a new pet stain with the minimum of charges. They also explained all of the ways to protect our carpet and the caveats and limitations to the cleaning.

Description of Work: Cleaned the living room and hallway. I was unfamiliar with this particular service. Reason for B, no stain removal. The serviceman was polite and per request, checked in by phone prior to arrival. I am physically challenged so the two of us had a bit of difficulty moving furniture. |
