Fast, fixed everything I asked in one hour; sprinkler repair is expensive though and I don’t yet know how lasting the repairs will be. That’s the reason for the 4 stars. Very impressive service though I would use again for sure.

My experience working with Hot Shot has been a disaster. Not only are they ridiculously over priced (they quoted me $1,000 to fix 3 sprinkler valves. I just got a second quote at $200 from another company) but their owner was extremely rude to me and their customer service was terrible.
They came out to fix 3 sprinkler heads - simple project. After they left one of my sprinkler zones wouldn't shut off. So I had them come back out to fix whatever they did. That's when they quoted me $1,000 to fix the problem they caused! I was so upset I asked to talk to the owner and he got super angry and defensive with me and refused to fix the problem unless I paid them. I will never work with these guys again.
