They were absolutely fantastic. They were probably the best company I have ever worked with for my home.

Everything went great. It was done quickly and efficiently as well as extremely courteously. All questions were answered and there was no "bait and switch" or anything like that. The service was exactly as advertised and I never felt pressured to buy anything else.

My system had a few problems that were greater than the service tune up was going to cover but I understood that but was wanting some tips and a brief review/cost estimate to get things fixed. For the front sprinklers I was needing work done on my sprinkler box and they quoted $500 to dig up and replace 4 valves. Due to the cost I chose to work on the system myself, the 4 valves were $45 and it took an afternoon. So for them to jump straight to $500 and not even talk about what they could do to try and just fix the valves I found to be a bit greedy. Will not return.

On time, pleasant, very efficient, knowledgeable. Enjoyed having him work for us. Prices seemed very fair.

They were very timely (even arriving a little early), stayed until the job was complete, explained every step of the way. The line installation took longer than expected and therefore resulted in a slightly higher bill than expected. Very responsive to calls.

The contact was very good. My call was returned very quickly and the appointment was made very shortly after my first contact. My original appt was for 2:30 and the guys showed up after 7:00, but they kept in contact with me a couple times to let me know when they might show and explained that it was because another guy had not shown up for work that day. Understandable but a bit frustrating as we felt we couldnt leave the house, as they were expected "any minute now" for several hours' time. I had pre-paid $60 for a tune-up service deal. My husband spoke with the men and asked about having them move a couple of sprinklers by a few inches and repair a broken sprinkler. The guy told him that labor cost $85 an hour and my husband agreed to this, but there was no written quote or bill prior to the work. After they finished the work (45 minutes) the bill read that the labor was $85 per man hour x 2 men (plus $10 part). Final bill was $140 beyond the pre-paid $60 for a total of $200 paid. We were surprised because it was not made clear that EACH man is $85 per hour. This is the reason that I did not leave an A grade for pricing, not so much that their prices are "high" but that their pricing structure was not made clear until after it was too late. We still aren't totally sure what we got for the "tune-up" but it seems to have been more of an assessment of the extra services we needed. The work they did was great and the people we talked to all seemed great. The guys answered a few questions we had about how long to water, etc. I don't regret using their services at all, but in the future I willask for an estimate and be aware that their hourly price is PER PERSON.

We have had numerous sprinkler companies at our home in the past and didn't get good results. I was so impressed with Hot Shot Repairs, Inc. They were very quick to respond to my call. Our service tech, Rodd, was polite, took the time to listen to my concerns, and wasn't trying to sell me on new everything. He found a broken pipe immediately and he did a thorough check and adjustments on our sprinkler heads.

Jared was at my home when I arrived from work. Our appointment was for 6 PM, so he was early. He had done some reconnaissance and was ready to get started. He began work immediately and had the problems repaired in less than an hour. He was very personable and professional and I was pleased with his work. I would definitely use this company again and would recommend the firm to friends and relatives..

My overall experience with Hot Shot Repairs has been good, although there's a few areas of customer service and professionalism that they need to work on. The first time I used them, my appointment was re-scheduled due to weather. Not a problem by itself, but the owner wanted to bump my appointment by 2 days for 2 hours of rain. My repair was somewhat urgent, so he agreed to send his guys out the next day after they'd completed all their other appointments. He estimated what time they'd arrive, but told me he'd keep me updated throughout the day so I'd have a better idea of when to expect them. No one ever called, and no one answered the phone when I called them to get an update, so I was forced to wait at home for several hours around the time that I was told the workers would probably arrive. They did eventually show up, although it was later than the estimate I was given. I scheduled another repair a few weeks later, and the workers showed up several hours early and began working on my sprinklers when I wasn't home. I intentionally scheduled the repair at a time when I would be home, since I like to explain the problem hands-on to ensure understanding, inspect/test the completed work in the presence of the workers, and ensure that I'm billed for the correct amount of labor time. The workers did call to ask if they could come early, but when I called them back to discuss it about 20 minutes later, they had already started the repairs. I spoke with Parker (the owner) about this issue and he was understanding and told me this would not happen in the future. Overall, I would still recommend Hot Shot Repairs. The quality of the work is good, and prices are fair. They are one of the few sprinkler repair companies that actually answer their phone, and both times they were able to schedule repairs within a few days of my phone call. If you prefer to be present when repairs are completed, make sure to make that clear at the time that you schedule the appointment.

They were a little pricey, but they got the job done. They were responsive. They came back and fixed a little problem that I had noticed. There was a part that they did not have. They told me that they would come back with the part and they did come back without me having me to call them. I think they do quality work even if they cost a little more, but it is worth it. I spent about $2500. There was a major overhaul to the system as it was not used for several years. They had to get it all fixed up. The price was a little steep, but it was okay. They are going to refund some money to me as they had overcharged me for the controller. They are very good. They cost more, but they do good work. They will fix anything if you notice any problems. They are very dependable. I have used them before and I will definitely use them in the future.
