It turned out that the board had burned itself out because it created a short when it got wet. This was a more expensive repair than first quoted. Ryan returned, and explained and showed us what happened. He took back the original part and replaced it with a kit. They were professional, punctual, and went out of their way to come back at a time that was convenient for us. This a family business and well-run by nice people.

I had a microwave oven that began malfunctioning. I called Beehive and they sent a repairman out the next business day. After looking at the problems we both decided the costs of repair were more than the unit was worth. Overall, a good experience and I will call them if I need help in the future.

I was very pleased. This is an older machine and we have already had to fix the problem ourselves. It was great to be able to do it and not have to call someone in or be told to just buy a new machine.

Maytag oven threw code. Called Beehive Appliance Service on recommendation of Angie's List. They tried to help me over the phone first, to avoid a service call. I was given an appointment the same day (a 4 hour time window was given) Dean arrived within the time frame. He was friendly but professional. He tried a simple technique first. When this wasn't effective recommended a part replacement. Dean gave me a quote. It is a costly part. He gave his opinion of replacing range or repairing. The finaI repairs were tentively set for 3-4 days when the part came in. I received a call in a few days to let me know the price of the part was actually more that expected and receive my okay to procede. Ryan came a day or two later. He was also very friendly and professional the work was done quickly so as not to "pad" the cost from the hourly charge. My oven now works just like new. I am very happy with this local companny

It seems not to be worth the trouble to try to repair refrigeration equipment. The cost of a replacement unit is genearlly low and they last a long time. Also you get new features and higher energy efficiency.

Was kind and prompt. He didn't charge me more when the parts cost more than his original estimate.

I was charged $70 for the diagnosis and told it would be another week and another approximately $250 to have the part ordered, shipped, and replaced. Instead of committing to the parts/labor I called another repair company that suggested I use a product called Dishwasher Magic, I bought two for $4 per bottle at a local store. I used both bottles one right after the other and now I have a dishwasher that is cleaning perfectly. I feel lucky that I did not order the upper pump and saved myself a lot of money. Later...8/23/2010 I still do not have the food build up in the dishwasher. Delaying expensive repairs until necessary and when inexpensive solutions don't work was the right solution for the problem.

He was courteous, fast and very good at what he did. I would use this company again in the future.

When I called to schedule the service, I was surprised that the company was familiar with this brand of appliance since they are from Sweden. The initial repair person was very knowledgeable when he arrived, was able to provide accurate information re: the process and probable time it would take to get the necessary part. We waited for the part and they scheduled to get the repair done as soon as the part came in. We were most impressed with the professionalism, courtesy and punctuality of the people in this company. Will definitely call again when we need appliance repair.

I thought they were good. It turns out that they had to replace my thermostat. He was pleasant, and he cleaned up after himself. He was overall good.

We used Beehive Appliance because they responded better than any other company. They installed a new tub in the washer and replaced a circuit in the dryer.

I trust them and enjoy that they are a family owned business. The other services they have preformed for me are also great. I never have a problem with them.

We've been with a number of companies and this one by far goes above and beyond any of the others. They were here on time and finished fast.

I felt they were punctual since they came on time. They gave me an estimate and it ended up being a little more. So instead of just charging my card anyway, they called me first. The technician was very helpful, and the customer service was wonderful.
