Steve was the hardest worker! He did an outstanding job on our carpets, upholstery, ducts, and dryer vent. They aren't the least expensive, but definitely the most thorough company we have ever hired! We are so pleased with how everything they did turned out!

Tom was able to come the same day, which was great! I paid a little more than I wanted to and more than I had in the past, but it is cleaner than the prior company I used and I got it done same day. You get what you pay for!

This was an unfortunate scenario. Tom and Spencer came out to shampoo two rooms, two landings, and 18 stairs. They worked hard for two hours, especially to treat an area of carpet with pet stains and odors. The shampooed carpet looked good, no visible stains and no odors. Unfortunately, the carpet was very wet and when it dried it was stiff to the touch. After calling Tom and explaining my concern, he came back out and sprayed a "neutralizing" product over the entire carpet which helped. In the end, the carpets are clean, they don't feel stiff and Tom was very responsible for correcting the problem. It just took a lot of time to correct the issue.

Very disappointing results... some areas of the carpet are still wet after more than 36 hours! One area was so wet that the oak transition threshold bled tannin into the carpet, generating a new stain. Few existing stain areas came clean. Very expensive for the results we got.

After a rough start to the day Tom took over the job, got here and did a really, really thorough job. I have a lot of carpet and it was a big job. For the amount of carpet the price was, I thought, very fair. Adding the carpet protector product took the price up but it is worth it in the long run and the deodorizer makes my house smell really clean.

Came on time a did a great job for a great price

He arrived over an hour later then the original time setup. While he was working on the upstairs something from his equipment was leaking dirty water on my living room carpet. He scuffed one of my newly painted baseboards. Since he arrived late, he was not done with the carpets until after 6pm. Instead if getting his equipment out quickly, he went outside and took a 30 minute phone instead of finishing our transaction. This meant we could not put our furniture back down, get into our kitchen, or even close our doors because of his equipment being in the way. This morning I woke up to all of the carpet dry except for a big brown soaking wet spot in my living room. I have an open house in 2 days so I needs the carpet clean and dry. I fixed it myself with my carpet cleaner before I went to work. I reported it the company to find out that they noticed the wet floor when they came down from finishing the upstairs.

He was very professional and quick and cleaned up after him self and answered all questions.

I was trying to best as a renter by making the home I left a home for someone else. Vince not only pulled the stains and he was he was un sure off out, he made the space new again. Tom not only followed up, but was kind. I and don't right reviews unless something extraordinary happens. The work done is, they where not kidding when they said there work is guaranteed. I vacillated at first, but WOW!!!!! as they pulled up you see on the side of the door "We don't Cut Corners we clean them" and I was doubt full until they made that true. Worth each and every penny.
