I hired them to clean all HVAC ducts, including dryer vents and a/c coils for my 10 BR, 6 bath duplex. Tom called me promptly to arrange a mutually convenient time in a few days to do the work, Tom and Steve showed up promptly with specialized equipment and stayed late to complete the work in a single day. Very professional. I was there most of the time and they cleaned the duct work completely. I was very satisfied and would definitely use them again!

Took a chance on A Spotless Carpet Cleaning and they were GREAT! They cleaned my vents and fire hazard dryer vent and carpets. Spots, big spots, that I could not get out were gone when the job was done. And now hear this , *they did not try to sell me something at the end,* I love this company and technician. I will definitely use their services again.

Eric is the man to call. He has been in this line of business for 24 yrs. For the first 5 years he work for a company when he realized that he needs to open his business because he wanted to have the ability to really show customers the right way of cleaning your air, cold air & even dryer vents vs. what other companies won’t do. Eric was right on time, explained everything that he is doing, took precautions with safeguarding my walls & furniture from his equipment, wore booties on his shoes, kept everything cleaned and even helped me figure the exact proximity of a non functional booster fan that was installed in my townhouse many years before I purchased it. But he was able to clean out massive amounts of lint & dust. I am so happy that I decided to hire Eric for this project he is a great guy who is very professional, honest & truly loves his job. I rarely write reviews, but I just wanted to let everyone know how great Eric is & that I will refer him to everyone one I know & look forward to hiring him again. He has earned a spot on my phones contact list for future services.

Steve did a good job. There was some confusion on total cost of the service but Tom helped clarify. I suggest it is best to arrange to meet in person and get an agreement on total cost because there are many add-on costs it is easy to lose track. Overall, a job well done.
