The cleaners were able to make my white carpet look like new again. We were very pleased with their work. They were efficient and courteous.

He was very curteous and done an excellent and he done more than we expected and was very reasonable. He even helped on pet smells.

They helped in every way to make working with them a great experience.. While they were here they also agreed to shampoo my carpets so I got both jobs done in one trip. Terrific!

Tom was awesome! He is a very friendly person and responded to me quickly and professionally. The home I'm buying had cats and the carpets had seen better days. I sent him a few pictures of some stains etc. that I knew would be troublesome. And they were, but he worked at it until he got them out. The carpets look and feel great! No need to use anyone else, these guys are great!

The guys were very thorough! They made sure my stains were gone, and even treated the high traffic areas three times! They also cleaned my air ducts and dryer vent. They were very clear about what the costs would be ahead of time. I will definitely hire them again!

I had some tenants abandon a property & the carpets were heavily soiled. Thomas called me at 7am the morning after my job was submitted on home advisor. This is my first time hiring a professional to clean carpet & he told me everything I wanted to hear. We agreed to meet & he was right on time. He showed up with an employee & a van ready to do the work. The work was preformed and when I took a look the next day, I was very disappointed. Everything had been cleaned but not deep cleaned as promised. After a couple passes with my Rug Doctor, the carpet looks like new & the dirty water coming out is black. I'd upload a picture if I could. For Nearly $400, I expect a professional to clean better than a rug Doctor. I hired a professional to save time but now I'm out time and money. (UPDATE) Tom said that his equipment had suction issues & he was waiting on parts. He probably should have been up front with any equipment issues prior to performing work. He came back and hit the carpets a few days later & they seem a little bit better but now the entire house is starting to smell of mildew (probably the excessive moisture from lack of suction) & my Rug Doctor is still pulling up black water in some areas. Bottom line, invest in a Rug Doctor & save your hard earned cash.

I had two couches cleaned which had come from a home with pets and kids. They were pretty dirty, but the cleaning got them looking like new! And they smell great too. They were super fast in calling and scheduling, were flexible, and kind. Price is reasonable, and was totally worth it.

They were prompt, tidy and I thought the price was reasonable.

Tom and his business did an AMAZING job on our carpet and especially on our sectional! We have a small apartment located on the third floor, so they worked very well with the space they were given. Our couches were SO dirty and they managed to get almost EVERY single stain out! I was VERY impressed with the work and amount we payed. I would definitely hire them again and again. Thanks Tom!
