A Spotless Carpet Cleaning

Chris came to clean our duct system as we had just installed new hardwood floors. We also had a chance to have some conversation with him as well and were impressed about his work ethic and found him to be very personable. We were delighted with job he did. We built our home 21 years ago and the ducts had never been cleaned! When the flooring crew pulled the cold air vents and we saw how dirty they were, there was no question that they needed to be cleaned. The price was reasonable and now we can sleep better knowing all the stuff that was pulled out of the vents is no longer there. We would recommend A Spotless Carpet Cleaning to others. We will be calling to set up another cleaning in the future.

Professional character and well done

I googled duct cleaning and quickly had some choices in my area. I called a couple and quickly was contacted and I made and appointment with A Spotless Carpet due to Tom's honesty and openness about the job. A We have just moved in to a home that is about 40 years old and hadn't been cleaned really well. The ducts definitely hadn't been touched in many years. Additionally they had animals in the home and there was hair everywhere, including, I'm sure, in the ducts. Chris showed up on time, worked clean and efficiently. He earned his pay that day and my home has smelled cleaner since then because I've been trying to get rid of the animal urine smell and this helped. He was clean, friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend them to others

Chris was personable and did a good job and paid attention to detail taking care to not mark up walls and trim as he drags the hoses around to the various vents. It's hard to actually know how clean the ducts are because it's not like carpet you can see is cleaner after the work. He showed me all the stuff he cleaned out of the ducts, especially the dryer ducts. I haven't used the dryer yet, but I expect that dry times will shorten because the ducts are now clean. They weren't the least expensive bid, but they also weren't the most expensive.

I was contacted within 30 minutes of contacting the for an appointment. They set up an appoint for the next afternoon. They let me know the would be 30 minutes late before the scheduled appointment time,

Job was done professionally and quickly. The only problem is he was very late due to overbooking by management. Job was scheduled for 9 a.m. and he didn't arrive until after 2 p.m.. He did call twice to let us know that he would be late. We are happy with the end results.

There are a LOT of choices for vent cleaning and I choose poorly. In all fairness I think our air vents are cleaner after the visit. My low rating is due to the quality of care provided by the service worker. He did not have a screw driver with him to unscrew the air vent covers. Then when the cleaning was complete he left all the air vent covers off and we had to go around screwing the covers back into place. It just seems like a professional should have all the tools with them and complete the work and a customer should not have to complete the work no matter how small the task.

My tile look like it was dark grey and it was actually more of a light gray with beige grout it showed up beautifully. They did an awesome job I was very impressed!

I used home advisory the owner of the company called texted and left a voicemail that is the only reason we hired them but after the work they did we will always use them from now on.

I did not realize that the technician had not applied a discount that the manager offered me, but the manager caught the error and fixed it even though I did not know about it.

Did an excellent job! They responded very fast and were professional.

Was timely, courteous efficient and did a great job on the ducts. The only reason I didn't give straight fives was because his vacuum hose was dirty (probably from the ducts) and left a few spots on the floor that I had to clean up afterwards (just needed a wipe with a damp cloth)
