A Spotless Carpet Cleaning

I had the work accomplished in August. The team did an excellent job cleaning my tile and carpets. Highly recommend, please disregard the last review submitted erroneously on my behalf without my consent or knowledge.

Quality and service great. I was able to get an appointment quickly. They were a bit expensive.

The comfort advisor, Rex, worked with me several times to get the best product and price for my house. The men that installed the heater and air conditioner were here all day and were very proficient and pleasant. I'm very happy with my new heating and cooling system.

They constantly pressure for an up sale. I even received a call from the owner. He didn't ask if I was satisfied, he only wanted to know if the tech person was able to upsell me for more money. They do good work, the tech was very good. But they are very expensive and somewhat difficult to work with because of the pricing pressure.

I GIVE VINCE THE CARPET MUSCLE MAN A 5 STAR, 1 OR ZERO STARS TO TOM LEWIS WHO was so rude to call me up just after the called Vince up to blame me for making Vince take so long at my home. TOM STERLY TOLD ME, that he has another lady who drove 1 hour to be at the appointment that was to be next for Vince to help./ . i TOLD Tom that I had waited 2 hours myself, and I was ok with it as Vince had called me to tell me he would be later Tom actually raised his voice to me to tell me it was my fault. I could not believe he would be so rude, it was his fault he did not schedule right. VINCE IS A NUMBER ONE A+ GUY, VERY NICE, VERY PLEASANT, DOES A GREAT JOB. TOM DOUBLE CROSSED HIS OWN AND ONLY EMPLOYEE VINCE, BY CALLING ME TO COMPLAIN AND BLAME ME RIGHT AFTER HE HUNG UP WITH VINCE, I MEAN VINCE WAS RIGHT THERE IN THE ROOM WITH ME WHEN TOM CALLED ME. TOM NEEDS TO GET A SECRETARY TO SCHEDULE HIS APPOINTMENTS, IF HE CAN NOT PLACE THE FIRST CUSTOMER AS FIRST CONCERN, HE PLACED ME THE FIRST CUSTOMER, THE LAST CONCERN. i WAITED MY TURN AND TOM WANTED TO PUT ANOTHER CUSTOMER AHEAD OF ME SINCE HE SCHEDULED IT SO BAD WITH THE OTHER WOMAN. VINCE HAD JUST WORKED AN 18 HOUR DAY FOR TOM THE DAY BEFORE, AND TOM TREATED VINCE LIKE CRAP THE VERY NEXT DAY THAT VINCE WAS AT MY HOUSE. I WOULD SAY TO GO TO THIS COMPANY FOR VINCE, HE IS GREAT, BUT TELL TOM TO NOT TRY ANY THING STUPID LIKE BEING RUDE. KATHY SMITH

A tad expensive from my experience with other vendors, but quality was excellent.

The man that cleaned my carpet was in a big hurry and when I asked him to go over a few areas because they weren't clean he said he felt they were good enough and refused to do touch them up. Very disappointed in your services and definitely the technician that cleaned my carpet.

The guy that did our carpet cleaning was super nice, got the job done quickly and showed me the before and after and it was so much cleaner!

I chose to upgrade many different options for my carpet cleaning services and it was pretty expensive when I paid the bill. Unfortunately the high price did not come with high value and the stains are already coming back up and the pet care I paid a fortune for that is supposed to completely clean and de odorize the pet stains did not even come close to cleaning or taking the odor away.

Very friendly, thorough and informed. Both the owner and Vince who performed the service. I highly recommend them.
