A Spotless Carpet Cleaning

Very friendly. The owner and an employee showed up together. Tomas the owner was educated about his services, explained his pricing, and made sure his employee was doing the work correctly. I was really happy with the job they did. They even removed spots that I did not think would come out. I had them come to work on pet urine stains. The treated these with multiple products. I feel they did a great job.

He's very efficient and works very hard on any extremely set in spots. He communicates every steep of cleaning and how he's going to remove stains. Very impressed with him.

He cancelled appts, 3 hrs late. I was rushing to the airport so I paid him before I left; mistake! He stiffed his helper on the tip. Part of the carpets were dry, so hadn't been cleaned at all! He chipped paint on stair risers so have to sand & paint them. He left his truck in my driveway blocking my garage w/o asking permission to do so. He told me he would move it by 5pm & didn't until 9pm! I couldn't park in my garage! $349 to clean traffic areas in a basement, 2 stairways, an upstairs hallway & small traffic areas in 4 rooms!

My carpet was a mess . . . now I am not ashamed to have vistors come by. It looks great. They did a great job.

Great work, very professional and very accommodating. Pricier than what I have paid in the past but they were there when I needed the work done.
