Description of Work: They started off very well; Responsive, Friendly, informative. Towards the end though they became slack and unresponsive. Slow to do sight clean-up. They still nave not stained the fence. I have attempted multiple contacts for completion of project.

Description of Work: After checking with 5 fence companies, we chose Cisco. They took down our old wood fence and replaced it with a beautiful new cedar board-on-board privacy fence. Their crews were very professional and friendly. The work was done in a timely fashion and any questions we had were addressed quickly and to our complete satisfaction. They were very good to make sure we approved each step of the work before going to the next. We had a few small things that needed addressing along the way, and they were right there taking care of it. They also put 3 concrete caps on our brick pillars. Perfect work. One cap initially had a small chip in it. They replaced it immediately--no problem. We would definitely use them again. If you use them, understand that you may have to wait your turn. They are a busy company, which is a good thing. They have it down to a science. On occasion they did not show up when they said, but it was due to how busy they were. In retrospect, it was no big deal. I think you would encounter the same thing with any other company. The end product was a beautiful, sturdy fence that enhances the looks of our home.

Description of Work: I hired Cisco Fencing Company to install an 8' board-on-board fence. I had 193' of fence that needed to be replaced and I had a second gate install. Francisco the owner and his crew were a pleasure to work with. They provided a high quality product that exceeded my expectations. The detail was way above par. On my gates they put a rot iron insert and a hand crafted gable with the lone star design out of wood. I was able to choose these item from a selection that that Fransico presented at the time of hire, for free! Do to the way my yard is situated the poles had to be on the inside of my yard. I did pay extra for the pole covers (which were hand made onsite) and they look amazing. They even put added detail for those too at the top of the fence. It is definitely worth the extra few hundred dollars for the pole covers. That cost is included in the total price that I listed above. I found Cisco Fencing on Angie's List's, and I'm glad I did. They were the cheapest quote out of 10 quotes and viewing all the portfolio's presented Cisco had the best looking finished product. And when you see it in real life you will be wowed by the detail and quality of the materials / construction of your project. Francisco told me the project would only take four days to complete. He was very prompt and even accessible after hours. Now I am looking ahead to complete another project with Cisco Fencing. Highly recommend!

Description of Work: Cisco Fences built my complete fence, stamped concrete patio and patio cover. The completed project took a bit longer only due to weather conditions. Every time they would let me know if they won't be able to come out. Francisco, owner, completely understood what I wanted at the first meeting and suggested several details. The all city and HOA paperwork is done by him so I didn't have to worry about it. The crew was very friendly and they would answer each of my questions and what will be next in the build process. After getting several estimates I made a decision to go with Cisco Fences. You will be able to find cheaper estimates but after you see their work quality you will not regret your decision.

Description of Work: Installed board on board cedar fence. Beautiful gate, and best price I could find. However, the quality doesn't suffer due to the price. It's a beautiful fence. We are very happy and will be using them for a deck installation soon.

Description of Work: They built a most beautiful fence along between our driveway and patio. It is curved and has beautiful detail. Every single visitor we've had over the last 2 years has remarked on what a beautiful fence it is! Very sturdy, and Francisco was great to work with.

Description of Work: Job included new fence and new stone wall. Had fence installed last summer (Aug 2012), wanted to see how it held up before reviewing. Very please with the product. Angel was great. Crew was very efficient and respectful (we have kids and a dog). There was a little delay in the job starting as other job ran long but once they began it only toke a few days for completion. They did have to replace a few slats and came back a few months later to correct a latch but were very reactive. We are on a corner lot and it is a long fence ( about 200 ft around). We have received numerous compliments on the fence. Our only concerns were with his subcontractors. The stain guy, while did did a great job, ask for $500 more when he showed up (apparently Cisco underbid the job) and the stone wall work is already showing cracks (it is Texas after all). Overall very pleased and we've seen a number of Cisco fences go up in our neighborhood since ours (should have asked for commission haha)

Description of Work: Cisco fence did a great job on my fence. They took care of any concerns regarding mistakes. Angel was wonderful to deal with. I have a beautiful fence. I do feel that the price was somewhat high. It should have been about a $ 1000.00 less. I would suggest always getting 3 estimates. I did not do that, and should have.

Description of Work: I called the company three times for an estimate to repair/rebuild a privacy fence. I have yet to hear from them. I guess repairing a fence doesn't yield enough money to return a phone call. If I'd been calling about installing a complete fence around the property I would have got a call.

Description of Work: Cisco did a fence and retaining wall on the side of our property, approximately 125'. The wall and the fence were done to the best of standards, no complaints. However, we also had a slope down to the wall, so fill dirt and sod had to be brought in and the job was less that fair. Instead of just using dirt they use up scrap cement and stone from the wall in some areas where it was deep, but the problem was they didn't put in enough dirt and after the first rain, we lost a lot of it, and now have exposed concrete. Even after we have put more dirt down, it's still a mess. Also, they had to move sprinklers, which they didn't even check and as soon as we turned them on, they were hitting the new fence, and a few were leaking, worked hours fixing that. Also in moving the old fence, they took out the drain system for the gutter on that side, and proceeded to tell us they couldn't fix it because if they had to dig, they could hit the sprinkler line, and didn't want to be responsible for it. even though it was in the original estimate. It also took forever to get them out to stain the fence, (4 weeks), it was only after informing them that we had received a letter from the HOA, saying that we must not leave it that way, or be fined for it, that they came to finish the job. In doing so, they didn't put anything down over the grass, and so the stain killed all the new grass, which added to the mess. Now the drainage was a mess and grass was dead. I was so discussed with the whole ordeal, that I didn't even want them to come out and fix it, fearing they would make more of a mess, and knowing how long it took to get them out, figured we wouldn't see them until they had nothing else to do. As I said they did an excellent job on the fence, I have no problems with that, it was the landscape that was awful. I would not recommend them for anything but fencing.

Description of Work: The company was unresponsive to our request for an estimate on fencing, when they finally called back, they acted like we were inconveincing them and they had few times available for an estimate. We are going w/ another comp.

Description of Work: Replaced back yard fencing. Good service and product. Happy with product. A few nits, screws driven in gate sticking out, then bent. Constructors tried to remedy, but the two places this occurred mars an otherwise great construction job. Would still use again, as overall the workmanship is great.

Description of Work: Angie's List paid off again! Ccisco Fencing...........Removed old fence and installed 150 ft of 8-ft high top grade, board on board, cedar fencing with a three tier-d top. Also built and installed, on-site, a welded frame sliding gate, with a solid HD electrical motor. Plus 2 hand built heavy duty walk-thru gates, with nice decorative flair. Strong, secure and good looking! Very pleased with this group. The on-site site crews are true workers who are polite as well.Top of the line Quality with on time performance, and to quick return calls overall.They are fair on price, relative to the high end quality of the finished product! Awesome! I would hire them back in a minute. Solid warranty as well.Happy....with Hugo Ricco (salesman)They ask for 10% down and don't ask for another dime till it's finished.They pull all doc's and permits with the city of dallas as well.Really buttoned up crew here.It was easy...Love'n it in Lakewood////////
