Marcello was personable and arrived on time. He had assured me they could handle any problem my sprinkler controller was having. Not so much. Instead he immediately tried to upsell me an entire new controller. My sprinkler controller had just been upgraded only 2 years prior. He did repair a few broken sprinkler heads but not without trying to sell me a $350 system to control my water pressure. He was not able to fix the main reason I called him out to begin with...the sprinkler controller. So now I start over.

Marcello was very up front about costs and very fair. He found that the project was a little worse than he had quoted but he stood behind his price and didn't charge more. My system is so old, the valve that he replaced is going up on the wall of old irrigation system parts. This is my sprinkler guy now. He's a good man, has good people, I trust him and I know he will do me right. Thanks again, Marcelo!
