Very reliable. On time, did the work immediately, double checked his work, cleaned up afterwards. Very professional.

They were very quick and explained each repair but for each added repair large or small it was an extra $ 100.00 to $ 120.00 dollars and the extra repairs just kept coming so I stopped at repairing sprinkler heads and finding in ground boxes and that was $ 256.00 dollars

Great customer service. Very quick to respond, fair pricing. He came out, waived the trip fee since we used him to fix the issue the same day. He fixed two valves that were broken, and mentioned some things that I could do myself (rather than upselling). They were quick and very nice. I felt comfortable around them (which you cant say about all contractors). I would definitely recommend them to a friend or use them in the future.

Very respectable good service

I was throughly pleased with the work done by this company. They worked fast and were efficient. I was informed of all work that needed to be done prior to the work being started. I shopped around first and got two additional quotes.This company's price was the most competitive and they had good reviews. I was able to get the main line leak fixed, two nozzles replaced, and a sprinkler head replaced for the same price others quoted me for just the main line leak. The invoice that I received directly afterwards via email was detailed. It listed specifically what work had been completed and the location as to where it was completed at on my property. I definitely plan to use this company again and will recommend them to anyone that I know.

The company was very good at communicating with us and we were very happy with the with the work that they performed. They ended up rerouting our sprinkler system arround a new patio and changing out some broken sprinkler heads. I would definitely use them again.

Especially for inspections, need to monitor the work. They skipped that part of the call even though it was requested. Some items were overpriced (new control panel), but others were well priced (finding leaks, control switches). Overall a "Mixed Bag", with some excellent service delivered on "Big Ticket" items, but missing a few smaller requested items.

Bella Vista did an amazing job. I didn’t think I’d be able to afford all that was needed to repair my sprinkler system, but they made me a great offer and I was pleased. I am going to have a beautiful yard this Spring and Summer. And I will definitely be hiring them for other work at my house. They were AMAZING!!
