They did a good job of coming out and completing the repair work immediately. We talked about options and they provided good input on options and solutions. Cost may have been a little high but worked out since they completed the work quickly with good quality

They came early to the job site and did the job well. My only concern is that I thought they were coming to give an estimate, but they said the trip charge was $60. I had the work done anyway, so no problem, but better communication would have been appreciated.

Arrived early which was wonderful and spent several hours to make thorough repairs. I thought I would have to replace the control panel but they made the repairs and the extra expenditure was not necessary. I really appreciate their hard work and honesty.

These guys were awesome. Prompt, efficient, and got everything finished and cleaned up, and out in about an hour. Had to do a line repair, remove a huge root, and locate and replace a manifold. Definitely going to keep their number!!!

My old contractor wasn't returning calls or texts, so I took a chance on Bella Vista Irrigation through Home Advisor. They came out next day and repaired system cheaper than expected.

Great response time, but very expensive. $35 per sprinkler head. Prior to coming to my location I informed tech that I bought a replacement contol box and they agreed to install the unit $50 over the $60 trip charge. Tech that showed up could not install my unit but offered to install his $500 unit. He told me that alternate tech would be back the following week to install the unit I had. I paid $360 for trip charge plus 8 new heads which are working fine but no one ever called back to install the control box which was my original need.

Price way too high!

They were very prompt in scheduling an appointment and with all communication. They found the leaks in the sprinklers, and fixed within an hour. The price was very reasonable.

Bella Vista promised arrival at my home at 10:00 AM. Actual arrival was 9:45 AM. Technician determined that the controller was defective and recommended replacement with a new, upgraded controller. Following my approval, the technician changed out the defective controller and checked all spray heads for total coverage. He made changes as required to achieve total coverage. The job site was cleaned up. Technician provided hands-on instruction for the operation of the new equipment. I would not hesitate to recommend Bella Vista to friends or, use them again. Nice people!
