We just recently had out windows replaced by Universal Windows Direct of Central Texas. To start out the sales man was very friendly and to the point. He didn't spend a hour and a half explaining and trying to sell us on stuff we didn't want. He also wasn't pushy and let us make the decision a couple week after the sales pitch. When it came time to install the windows the guys were very friendly and did a good job installing the windows. The mortar job wasn't very good, but a quick phone call took care of that. They came out and corrected the problem the next day. One of our window seals had some pretty bad water damage, which they corrected right a way. I would suggest using these guys for all your window needs.

Installation could not have been more professional. Windows are wonderful. Noise level inside the home from dogs in the neighborhood is far quieter!! So far A/C seems to run less seldom. Sincerely expect lower energy bills. Had one very minor problem, and the company came out the same day that I called and resolved the issue. We could not be happier with the product or company!!!

Great! They cleaned up so well afterwards that I could not tell they had been there. We have had the windows since the end of January. I had a few questions about some of the windows and they quickly sent out a technician to explain about the features and the manufacturing of the windows. I am very pleased with the sales, installation and followup.

the scheduling was painless and the crew that worked on our project was fabulous. very professional, respectful and truly something that you don't see everyday. Theses guys were awesome, very well versed in there craft and experts in their field. it is hard to find quality people who actually care about the customer and the quality of the work they perform. i am more than satisfied with the workmanship and would use them again without questions.

They are real pros and did a great job. The work was performed in a timely manner and they went over their work with a fine tooth comb to make sure it was perfect. It's nice to have people who take pride in their work. Neighbors have asked about the job done as a reference for their future use.

Did a lot of research/calls looking for the best price for a quality product. Of all I contacted, universal Windows was able to provide this. Window job contracted (JUN 5) measured to size (JUN 9), ordered (JUN 13), and installed (JUN 27). Excellent timeline. Only one installer, but worked professionally and proficiently. Other than expected dust from removing old windows, all debris, inside and out was cleaned and removed. Windows operate with ease - bottom slides up, top slides down, top & bottom drop out for easy cleaning. Energy efficient (caulk sealed inside and outside of frame) and very attractive. 30 year warranty for as long as you own your home - which extends to a rental property (a very important issue in my case!). I couldn't be more pleased or satisfied. Another plus - windows certified Made in America. I would highly recommend Universal Windows to anyone considering window replacement.

Very happy with the entire process of window replacement from Universal Windows Direct of Central Texas. Obtained 3 bids and went with Universal after visiting with Scott in person and over the phone. They were not the least expensive, but the product, company (Scott and staff), installation (Nolan), warranty (read it-the best) convinced me this was the company to go with. Additionally, its been two weeks since completion. No need for anyone to come out to fix leaks or correct any deficiency. The job was done right and looks great.

Our Experience with Universal Windows Direct of Central Texas and Scott Davis was Awesome. We learned about them at a home improvement fair and from speaking with Scott at the fair up to having the windows installed was excellent. Scott did a wonderful job explaining the windows he had to offer and then doing the assessment at our home and coming up with an offer for the job. The offer was great and we made the deal. Getting the windows ready took a few weeks and then the install was done in one day! The install staff was also excellent and the installation was flawless. We could not be happier with the windows! They seem of excellent quality and the house looks wonderful with its updated windows. The customer service and responsiveness of Scott and his team was also excellent. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone wanted to update their windows!

We had a great experience with this company. Mr. Davis was very proffesional and gave us a quick turn around on delivery. His installers were beyond the best customer service we have ever experienced. They were very courteous to work around our child's sleep schedule and clean up after themselves in every room. We don't allow shoe wear through our house and they also honored these requests. This is the second house that we have replaced our windows in. We were impressed with the previous company, but Scott Davis and Universal Windows Direct blew them out of the water!

We are elated with our new Windows. We have noticed that our electric bills have gone down drastically since we had the new Windows installed I plan on having Universal Windows Direct come back out next month to replace the upstairs Windows and to get new vinyl siding installed all over the house.we were so happy with the quality of his work that we recommended his company to our neighbors and we also rcommended him to my sister-in-law. She is going to have Scott Davis install new Windows in August.
