Truly enjoyed working with Scott and his install team. From first visit to final install they made the process very easy. Overall, very satisfied and happy we had Universal Windows install our replacement windows.

It was a pleasure doing business with the whole team from sales to the installers. Every bit of the experience was top notch. The communication and attention to detail was perfect . Scott Davis (the owner) came out on a Sunday to give me a quote. Really wanted to do business and answered all my questions and beat the competition price. The installer Joe came out and measured all the windows with no problems and wss very professional. Three weeks later we had 11 windows installed by Joe and James that knocked the job out in one day. Great team work. Cleaned up after themselves and we couldn't be happier.

If we had know that a whole-house window replacement (plus a french door) was this easy, we would have done it years ago! Working with Scott and his installation crew has been a great experience. We talked with several different window replacement companies before making our decision. Universal won us over by 1.) getting back to us right away and scheduling an appointment at our earliest convenience, 2.) the quality and price of the windows and doors, 3.) being able to call and talk to Scott himself (not an automated system) when we had questions, and 4.) the assurance that he did not subcontract the installation. Scott was so knowledgeable about his products and helped us with our decisions without being pushy or making us feel that we needed to make a quick decision before some kind of "special offer" expired. The prices we were quoted remained the same. He has a trained installation crew that really knows what they are doing and are personable, professional, and knowledgeable about the product that they are installing. Wayne and his crew replaced 20 windows in one day, and replaced a french door in a few hours on the second day. They had all of the tools and materials needed for any unexpected problems when replacing windows and doors in an older home. They cleaned up when they had finished and took away the old windows and door. This was a great experience and we will use Universal Windows again if we ever need to replace other windows.

We had several company's come out and give us estimates on windows. Actually signed a contract with another company then cancelled their windows and went with Universal Windows Direct. Not only did we get better quality windows we also got them at a better price! Scott, the owner, is very knowledgeable and informative. Joe and James who installed the windows, were on time, efficient, knowledgeable and personable! We highly recommend this company and will have them install more windows in the future!

We had another good experience with Scott Davis and Universal Windows Direct. 2 years ago we asked them to replace half the windows in our house. This year we had the other half replaced. Scott responded well to our bid request and some minor changes along the way. The installation team completed the job in just one day.

Very smoothly. For the few windows that required it, the installers installed professional looking trim pieces and caulked all windows inside and out.

The workers did excellent work. The trim and replacement wood was treated or cedar and high quality. The windows are square and level in spite of some casings that weren't. They responded almost immediately when a trim board warped in the drying process. They cleaned up the job site inside and out. The workers and sales person were professional and competent.

I was amazed at how quickly we were able to go from choosing the design and measuring the windows to having them installed. Fourteen windows were installed in five hours. They vacuumed the area and cleared all of the old material. There was some residue on household surfaces only because the wind started blowing during the installment. I love my windows, especially the picture window in my dinette area. I'm not even going to put the blind back up! Universal is coming out to a second home I own to give me another estimate.

Installed 18 windows in one day. Work was exceptional. Price was about the same as three other quotes we received.

It was great! They measured windows, placed the order, came out a few weeks later and replaced all 18 windows in our home in a day (while our toddlers were home too). We couldn't be happier with the timing, professionalism, and transparency of the whole team.

The salesman came out, gave a free estimate, and showed an example of the window that would be installed. The people who installed my windows were great. I had 9 windows and porch door replaced in my double wide house. They went out of the way to help me and answer all my questions. They did an Excellent job.

Universal Windows Direct was such a great company to work with in that Scott was personable and professional. They got us on the schedule in a timely manner and he worked with us on what we could afford, yet still achieve the look we were going for. We had 9 windows and they knocked them out in a day. We are super impressed with the quality of the window and the extreme updated and value it has added to our house! I no longer walk up to our big front window and get the chills from the winter seeping in!

This is the second home where I have used Universal Windows Direct to replace windows for me. They did the work timely even though it was raining or there was a large chance of rain for a several week period. This company does things right. They did a great installation job that really improved the livability of the house. They are proud of their work and honor their warranty. About 18 months ago, Universal Windows replaced all my windows on my home in Salado. I have had them do warranty work within the last 6 months on that home. They replaced a cracked window. No questions asked. And it was not due to some manufacturing defect. Someone just cracked the glass. After ordering a new window and receiving it, they did the work in about 5 minutes. Everyone I delt with, Scott, Don, and Wayne, were all very professional and again did a great job. Really can't say enough good things about this company. I can say, even though flooring, counters, appliances, and tile had been upgraded/replaced in both homes, nothing has come close to having new windows without 'grates' that let the beauty of the outdoors in without the heat, cold, etc.
