Very easy to work with, completed the job quickly and cleaned up everything as he worked. He is still finishing other rooms (wall paper removal and painting), but I am glad i hired this contractor. Price was about average for the job.

Jim did an outstanding job on the repair of a pocket door leading to the bathroom from the master bedroom. He was creative in his approach to removing the door and attaching new roller hardware, he painted over the trim he had to remove. He also fixed a shutoff valve in the bathroom and fixed the patio screen door. All work was completed successfully. I would recommend JIm for any future work you might need.

Jim was very fast to return my call. It was about three mins from the time I used Home Advisor until I received his call. He came out that night for an estimate, and work completed the next day

This man was dependable, trustworthy, and did the job as he quoted. I had a 20" x 40' ft Deck, and a 10' x 40' ft Dock that was in bad need for painting. Jim finished the job in the time he quoted, plus he helped me with a small plumbing job at no charge.I would recommend him for painting, and other small Handyman jobs.

I have had a good deal of success with Home Advisor Pros. I needed a screen door for a patio replaced and I wanted to replace my old battered mail box with one of the newer plastic style. When I first talked to Jim he said he could come out the next day, a Sunday and do this for me. He said $75.00 labor and parts. He said he had one of those mailboxes in his garage and he would let me have it for free. We had some bad weather that day however and his schedule and weather held the project off for 6 days. On the next Saturday there was a possibility of some weather but I felt that it would not be an issue (fortunately I was right) so he came out. He brought with him cement, the mailbox and quickly and efficiently, on the spot I designated. He had to go to Home Depot with the door measurements to get the door, came back and installed the screen door. After installation, I wrote mim a check. In my mind I budgeted these jobs around 175.00 but the screen door alone was 150.00 and he admitted it was high but the only one they had in stock that would fit my door. When completed I glanced at it, said OK and wrote a check for 210.67. It took me a couple of hours before I really looked at the door and I was shocked. The top half fit ok however the upper par of screen had a space in it. And the bottom, it had an opening of at least of a 1/4 of an inch. I called Jim and he said he would be there in 15 minutes. It took a little longer then that but he got another screen door. He what I was talking about and had a look of how could I had missed this? I demonstrated that by pulling up on the door it would work just fine. I thought just adjusting the rollers would be all he needed, but he took the new screen door off and put this other door on tat was 50.00 less. He worked on his knees on concrete about an our he said he had it. I inspected closer this time and was pleased with what he did. The mailbox was installed perfectly, if it rained at all yesterday I am unaware of it. I would say 4 hours of work went in to this job, maybe 5, and his labor charge was 75.00. He said he would mail me a check for $50.00 for the less expensive door, which pleased me because that put it under the 175.00 I had budgeted. I'm quite certain I will receive that check. Excellent work very friendly, and very honest. I would recommend him highly. I'll be employing him again in the future.

Jim was extremely professional and immediately felt trustworthy. He went the extra mile to be creative and get a shutter project completed when we had some structural challenges. He was prompt, responsive and reliable. Hiring him again for future jobs.

I hired him to extract water from my heat vents under my home, something I don't think he's done before and he went above and beyond and found a way to make it work..he is dedicated ( if there's a will there's a way)..honest..I would defiantly recommend him and I will for sure be hiring him again for other jobs around my home
