Juan is honest and did what he said he was going to do. He is conscious and did a great job on the driveway and sidewalks. He obtained the City of Richardson permits without my involvement. I’m recommending him to my daughter that needs a new driveway.

great service, did a wonderful job even after I needed to add in more things. A bit expensive but it was well worth it because it was quality work well done. They did a my whole patio and an extra patch for my shed, finished it in a day. Will definitely use them for all my concrete needs from now on. It is hard to find good companies that give their best on service.

We hired them to pour a sidewalk on side of house & tie it into an existing walk. Their work looks better than the older section. Rebar was installed, everything was cleaned up. You would never know they were here. Very prompt, professional, timely. Got my estimate and booked quickly. Work was done within a short period of time. Did a high quality job.

Juan was very prompt and easy to work with. He removed a very long, severly cracked driveway and replaced it with a higher quality driveway as well as installing a new sidewalk to our pool area and repaired patches in our front and rear entrances. He answered our questions patiently and responded promptly to texts, emails, and phone calls. All the work was done in two days: demolition and new framing on Monday, poured and floated concrete on Tuesday. I recommend this contractor and I would use him again.

A problem was uncovered with the removal of the old concrete, but Juan had no problem fixing the issue. It did add $150 to the estimate, but well worth it. We will be adding a patio addition in our backyard next year, and Juan will be called as soon as we are ready for that job.

They came when they said they would. Job was taken care of with no problems, they had every thing they needed to finish the job in a timely manner. The patio turned out better than I hoped, I am very happy with the job done.

JZ removed my old weathered deck, prepared the site, and created a new concrete patio just as I asked. We did have one minor misunderstanding on the design, which I was ready to accept. But after I told Juan about that, he and the crew made the additional effort to adjust the work. Now it's exactly as I envisioned it. This was my first big concrete job too, so I was concerned about the proper slope to ensure drainage away from the house. But the crew used surveyor equipment to ensure elevations were right, so water drains away from the house very well. Just what I needed!

I give him an outstanding recommendation. I can't think of anything bad. I love the sidewalk -- it was curved -- and they broke a lot of boards creating it but they stayed with me till I got it where I wanted it. I love it. I am just thrilled to find somebody that takes pride in their work. I can't say enough good things about him and the people who work for him.

Juan is my hero! My new driveway looks awesome ! If possible I would give him at least 15 stars. The whole crew was very professional and careful to protect the surrounding property. I would certainly give my highest recommendation to anyone looking for the best concrete company in the area. Completion in time promised with excellent clean up !
