Description of Work: The ladies arrived and got to work. All I asked is that they make sure to clean under the sofa. Not only did they move the sofa but the moved all the furniture they could! The house looked and smelled amazing. They cleaned my house top to bottom and I will be calling them again!

Description of Work: Cleaned my apartment. Cleaned all bedrooms, including changing the sheets on the beds. Cleaned both bathrooms in detail. Even scrubbed the toilet and tub. Cleaned the kitchen in detail and washed all the dishes. Mopped and vacuumed all the floors. Did an excellent job!

+ -1 moreRalph was absolutely friendly over the phone from our first contact (I found him on Angie's list to begin with). I was anxious about having someone come to clean, but I am not physically able to and things were getting a bit desperate. I was in a lose-lose situation. Ralph immediately put me at ease, and continued to do so for the entire time he was here and each time over the phone or (my preference) texting. He and his helper hit the ground running, started in the kitchen and spread out from there. They were thorough! The place looks and smells so great. Update: The second visit, Ralph focused on the huge master bathroom and was able to get a lot of it very clean. He did spend time in the master bedroom too, but it has a lot of stuff in it, and not moving things, he was limited in what he could do. What was done was excellent, though. I'll be sorry not to continue the relationship but he hasn't scheduled a return visit despite some superficial interaction on a social network. He started out strong and I think wasn't able to get his employees lined up. He seemed to only have Saturdays available, and maybe they didn't want to work weekends. I don't know--but not following through on the original plan, then basically just dropping out of sight, that was a disappointment.
Description of Work: Ralph came to see the place, we did a walk through, and, because it is a big house with a lot to do, he worked out a plan. He came with a helper at exactly the time he said he would, and brought all kinds of cleaning tools and soaps and cleaners, etc. They started right away, in the kitchen and just cleaned an area then moved to the next one. They worked 4 hours without stopping, and worked hard. They focused on the parts of the house they thought were most problematic (and they were right). They are coming back. Update: Ralph came back the following Saturday by himself. I had an animal emergency and didn't get to be here, but did get back about the time he was finishing up. With no helper, of course a bit less was done for the same time period. He did take care of some pretty daunting tasks, and for that I am grateful. But the following week he had a family obligation out of state and since then I have heard nothing. I believe he wasn't able to muster his teams (according to the original plan) and it is maybe more than he wanted to do. I cannot give a good score for dependability, that would have been earned by at least saying, I'm not coming again.
