They did not clean the bathtub which looks awful. It says over the tub to not use harsh chemicals, such as ammonia, but I am sure there could have been some other cleaning supplies that could do a good job - with more application (both in terms of quantity and especially effort in scrubbing off). They spent around 1 hour doing the apt.

They were very friendly. They were detailed oriented. They communicated well. I felt comfortable with them in my house.

RIP OFF!!!!! Where do I begin...... I called to schedule an appt and the guy thought I was someone who didn't buy off Angies list. He kept saying, "don't buy off Angie's List, just buy from me and I will give you the same deal". (He obviously is afraid of being exposed on Angies List). I then told him I already bought from Angies List. Great to know Angies List is not a "Deal", but still the same everyday price. Deception.. Appt. was for 10, they arrived at 11. I was supposed to get cleaning for 4 hours. They were here for An hour and a half. The shower, One of the most important things to clean, was untouched as well as many other places. The rest of the house wasn't even half a**. I've never had such a bad cleaning. I called the guy and told him to get someone else out here to finish the job asap and he told me no. I am absolutely LIVID!!!! STOLE MY MONEY. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!

I purchased The Big Deal for house cleaning because I have recently had back surgery. My expectations were not high because I have never had a cleaning service before and of course no one can clean like I do. I was wrong!!! Maria and her crew showed up on time. They cleaned the house top to bottom and it was much more than I had expected. All bookshelves had items removed, shelves dusted and all items put back in exact locations. Bathrooms cleaned extremely well. Kitchen was spotless. Vacuumed all floors and mopped. Ralph (owner) showed up to ensure quality (although no need since these ladies were fantastic!). They were very professional, thorough and courteous. Thank you Jordan and Tanner Cleaning services ---- well worth the money!

Ralph and his staff were effecient and thorough. The dust from the construction in the kitchen area and throughout the house was gone by the time they finished. My husband came home and the first thing he noticed is that the house smelled felt clean and fresh.

They arrived on time and very polite, but I found there are some spots were not clean after their work.

It went well. So nice to have my house cleaned from top to bottom. Providers were friendly and efficient.

Our home is so clean, really clean and, most everything put right back in its place. Thought there would be a language issue but Maria quashed that concern immediately.

I was so impressed with Ralph & the two ladies that came out to my house today. This was my first experience in having someone clean my house. With work & three kids in sports, we all a busy life. Ralph & his team did an amazing job. Cleaned baseboard, window trim, lighting, bathroom tubs, sinks, showers. Moved my refrigerator & personally got on his hands & knees and scrubbed the floors in the kitchen. Thanks Angie's List.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. I thought they did an excellent job. I spoke with Ralph and I'm probably going to hire him to come once a month. I asked him for a window of time as to whne he would be here and he gave me a window. He said he'll call me when he's on his way. He called and said they ran into a little problem at the last place and asked if I don't mind if he can give the girls a 30-minute lunch break and I told him he take as long as he needs and it's not a problem. When he came, he was very thankful and was very apologetic but he did give me the courtesy to call. He had been overwhelmed and impressed with all the calls he got from Angie's List. He was hurrying to try and accomplish them all in a timely manner. He's very conscientious. I thought the pirce quote he gave me for coming on a regular basis was exactly what they charged that day, it was low. He's very personable. They did exactly what I asked and they did a good job. I have no complaints. I was very pleased with their work.

The service turned out fine. They did not do any window cleaning or carpet cleaning. I just paid the $75 big deal.

The owner of the company and two employees came to my home and cleaned it. There was great communication, they did the work cheerfully and enthusiastically, and I felt like they recognized how much they were helping me get through a tough time. The job they did was great and I made arrangements to have them come back. I will continue to use them as much as I can afford!

This was the first time I've ever let someone into my home to clean it. I've always felt funny about letting someone else see my dirt! But when I hired this team, it was because we were moving out and are placing our house on the rental market. After purchasing the Angie's List Big Deal, I was contacted within the hour by email by Ralph Tanner. Mr. Tanner asked for a description of my house and what we expected, and I let him know, again via email what we were looking for and told him we did not have an exact date of when we wanted them to clean. After moving the majority of our furniture out over the weekend, I contacted Mr. Tanner (via email) and asked if we could set something up for Tuesday or Wednesday. I immediately received a reply that they could clean the very next morning. After leaving a key for them, they showed up first thing on Tuesday and were done before 10 am. I couldn't have cleaned better myself. I actually TRIED to find dust/dirt (base boards, door frames, window ledges) and I wasn't able to. With the amount of dirt that had been "kicked up" while moving, I expected to find something missed. But I didn't. I would definitely hire them again, even at full price. Very easy to work with, prompt, and trustworthy.

We were quite pleaed and have decided to have them come back on a regular basis--once a month! Ralph Tanner, one of the owners, was also the leader of the crew. Very accommodating.

Was very responsive to my service date request. Scores a 100 on communication and follow up. But most of all, did an excellent job of cleaning my house. My ceramic floors are old and very hard to get clean. They were sparkling clean. When I do a good cleaning job on these floors I have to get on my hands and knees. With Tanner Cleaning, they were better than ever. Overall, the work was excellent. I had them focus on kitchen, bathrooms, floors and dusting. They were more than happy to do the work I wanted and the way I wanted it done. I will definitely will call them when I need cleaning services again. Highly recommend!!!!

It went great. They let me know a day in advance when they expected to be here. They showed up promptly and got right to work. Both of the individuals that came were extremely friendly. I only expected them to clean the Kitchen and Bathroom's based on the comments in the "Angie's Big Deal" but they actually cleaned the entire house so I got more than I expected. I would use them again.

All rooms and floors were cleaned and everything was put back in its original place.

Arrived a little early. Brought cleaning supplies and vacs. Three person team took about 2 hours. Didn't miss a spot. Very polite and professional team. Great job on the glass stove top, which is difficult to clean.

Being a single dad with a 11 y/o son, I have challenges with keeping bathrooms clean as well as the kitchen. For my birthday, I decided to give a cleaning service a try. in the words of my son "Dad, the house looks awesome!" lol I could not be happier. I no longer fear my son's bathroom.

I purchased an Angie's Big Deal for 4 man hours of cleaning service. Great deal and great job! I loved Ralph and I loved Maria! I have already scheduled my next appointment! One of my favorite things was as they cleaned and dusted, they put everything back in its place! Believe me, that is certainly not always the case with other cleaning services.....

I purchased a deal for 4 hours of spring cleaning for $75. First of all, I have to say this was an awesome deal. They were right time and even called to let me know when they were 15min away. Ateam of 4 arrived at my home, did a quick run through of my home and went straight to work. I was absolutely amazed at the job this team did. Everything was spotless - from the ceilings to the baseboards. The bathrooms were immaculate and the kitchen just sparkled. I have absolutely no complaints and I couldn't be happier with the results. I am definitely considering them for a bi-weekly cleaning of my new home.
