They cleaned my kitchen, bathrooms and floors. They did have to come back next day, because they left without cleaning floors in three rooms, but owner immediately agreed to send them back when I told him what happened. Ladies did a great job and were friendly and professional.

Three women came and asked me what I wanted done. They were like a cleaning whirlwind. They zipped around and got everything done in no time! Would definitely recommend them.

They were ready to "tackle" all of my projects and then some! Items that I couldn't find time to clean are now sparkling. They were very willing to do anything asked and put a lot of hard work and muscle into my former wreck of a house that is now wonderful due to them!

They did an *ok* job. Some spots were left dirty, such as behind the toilet, or some overhead cabinets. Mainly an issue with attention to detail. The rest of the apartment looked good, and I was overall somewhat satisfied. I also think that the price was high, especially considering that I had a 1700 sq ft. space cleaned for $150, what with my apartment being only 630 sq ft. Neither employee spoke decent english, which made directing work a bit difficult. Communication with the manager was good, and he tried hard to meet my schedule. I would hire them again only if I couldn't find anyone else, but I find that situation to be unlikely.

We had an earlier appt. but Ralph called me the evening before and said they would be there closer to 10:00am which they were so I appreciated the call as got to sleep a little later. Have used a lot of cleaning services/people in the past and few have done this good a job. Two women came and worked approximately two hours and the results were great. Also, there were no communication problems as one spoke excellent English which I was happy about. I intend to have them back as they certainly do a better job cleaning than I do.

Went great. Very fast, efficient cleaning. Three cleaners come out and clean the house in an hour. They follow instructions well. Wish Ralph gives advance notice as to the exact time they would come out to do the job..

The above list doesn't cover everything but gives you an idea of how detailed they are. I was really impressed with how polite and professional the crew is. I now have them coming in biweekly and their high standards have continued. I highly recommend Jordan & Tanner Cleaning Services.
Description of Work: I was really happy with the service provided. I live live in 4,000+ sq foot home with the majority of the floors being hardwood/tile. Normally I get overwhelmed with the dusting and floors so decided to try out a cleaning company. This was my first time hiring a cleaning crew and was amazed that I struck gold with the first attempt. I had a crew of three come in on time and stayed for over three hours so I think the price of $100 was cheap with the work they did. I have skittish dogs but they were fine with the cleaners and I didn't have to put them outside. Cleaning done: Major dusting of all the rooms, ceiling fans and shelves that are filled with various objects. (Objects were removed and placed back) General cleaning of bathrooms - 4 Changed out sheets Wiped down blinds and plantation shutters - they even opened the shutters and got the window ledges Wiped down baseboards Vacuumed all floors to include 2 sets of stairs which I always have issues getting up all the dog hair however, they didn't have any problems and the stairs looked great. Cleaned the kitchen and laundry room.

I bought $79 for Four Hours of Summer Housecleaning big deal on 08/12. I called the business and got a date of 09/25 for cleaning. I sent them an email a day before on 24th as to the time they would stop by for cleaning. The responded between 12:30 - 1:30 PM. No one showed up until 5:00 PM. Sent them an email and got the following response " Oh no! Let me find out what happened. We"ll need to reschedule." to which i responded " Reschedule to when? We were waiting at home thinking someone will show-up. I did confirm yesterday about the time.Do let me know" on 25th Sep. I am still waiting to hear. I am not sure they will do a good job if i reschedule now.

Great! Tanner contacted me the same day that I purchased the coupon. I had hardwood floors that had just been installed so my home was dusty and I had family coming in that weekend. His ability to fit us in on such short notice and for such a great price was amazing! We scheduled the cleaning service when he called on the day I purchased and they showed up on time and took the exact amount of time they had estimated. Upon their arrival Tanner asked me what I needed done, if I wanted extra attention in any room/area. He was very accommodating and his ladies were timely, efficient and good!

Overall, they did a good job. However, the one thing that threw us a curve is that they were supposed to show up at 1:00pm and showed up at 10:00am instead, WITHOUT any notice. Luckily, someone was at the house to let them in. About an hour after they arrived, the business manager called to see if it was ok if they came early. I advised him that they were already there. They also did not stay as long as they were paid to. If they finished early, should we have received a refund or should they have kept cleaning other things? One or the other I'd think.

They did a very good job. We were very happy with their service, and the house looks great. They showed up pretty much on time. They got right to work. They brought their own equipment. I didn't really even have to look over their shoulders at all. They jumped right in, took care of the house, and made it look spotless. There's nothing negative about them. We were just very happy with the work they did. It seemed like they went the extra mile when they were doing their cleaning. They really got into the place where we wouldn't even consider getting into ourselves.

It went very well. The crew was prompt, enthusiastic and thorough. I have used them regularly since the first cleaning which was a Deal that I used and if I ever find anything that I thought should have been done, all I have to do is mention it and it is taken care of - with sincere apologies.

Overall they did a fair job, but they made me nervous when they rushed out quickly at the end earlier than the two hours I paid for. The kitchen floor was not completely clean. I had to cleanup after they left in a hurry.

We had to change the schedule a little bit due to someone needed to be there. My husband was able to work from home while they got the cleaning done. He was hesitant to have someone come in and clean. I think he was surprised by how much they did in the time given. I'm hoping this will help him see that we can get professionals that are reliable to help with the cleaning. THey were a little late- but we were called to let us know this. That is the only reason I gave them a B in this area. Thanks for a great job.
