They come every three months. They spray for bugs. We have had the same technician for over twenty years. He is very friendly. They come in your time frame, and they are very punctional. They remind you through the mail two weeks before they show up.

I almost did not book with them because the office person is EXTREMELY rude. Every time i ever talked to her (maybe 3-4 times on separate occasions) she was rude and unprofessional. Regardless of her issues, the technician that came to our home was very nice and professional. We never had any pest issues while receiving service from them. We switched providers to obtain different services (termite spray) and the new company recommends that I take my dog and children out of the house for a few hours after they spray. Nobody from Eco-Pest ever suggested that. I'm not sure why.

We just started to use their services. They're only lukewarm at this point. They told us that it would take 2 trips to get everything done. So far they have been punctual and responsive to our needs. I'll probably use them again.

Great. They showed up on time, left a reminder the day before, did the work I asked, worked with me to accomodate moving my dogs around between inside and outside to make sure the pesticide had time to dry, etc. I was happy enough that I signed a quarterly contract for service for 1 year.

Several weeks ago I observed several termite tubes going into my detached garage. So I called Eco-Pest. These guys did our house 10 years previously for far less than Terminex and Orkin had estimated and we had zero problems with termites in that time. The technician providing an inspection and estimate arrived promptly (early) to our appointment. Technician measured and diagrammed house and work to be performed. A dollar estimate was provided before technician left. The whole process took less than 45 minutes. On the day of treatment, the workers arrived on time. The complete treatment, including trenching, concrete hole drilling, and treatment of the first floor tub sump took about two hours. The work areas were left clean. The workers were courteous to my elderly mother in law who served as the on-site foreman. So far I am 100% happy with the work performed today.
