All Solar Gate Operator Repair

Description of Work: My gate was dragging and the alarm would go off constantly so I couldn't use my electric gate opener. All Solar Gate came out and gave me an estimate to make the necessary repairs. As it turned out, the main gate post was leaning so it had to be dug up and reset. When you have them come back out and do the work, they apply the first service call fee toward the work. They came out at a time that was good for me and were prompt and efficient. I am very satisfied with their work as I haven't had any trouble since. I also appreciate the fact that they didn't try to sell me parts and services that I didn't need. I would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: I have had a wrought-iron automatic solar powered gate on my drive-way that has been a pain in the neck almost since it was put in. The original provider is no longer in business (surprise!). The gate was sagging, scraping my driveway, wearing out batteries, a real mess and only four years old. I chose Kelly and his company from the recommendation on Angie's List. He called immediately, gave me some choices over the phone and some basic ideas of cost, and ultimately was extremely fair in pricing. (Most service companies charge much higher prices when they find out the area in which I live---thinking we all must have plenty of money, I guess.) The job was done beautifully, he dug out and completely re-poured the concrete footing for the gate, repositioned it so it would not drag, installed a new battery and cleaned the area completely. It is working like a charm. This is a family owned company. Both Kelly and his son were polite, professional and competent. I told them they just married my automatic gate for life! But I don't think I will have any more issues with it.
