My family and I needed insulation services. Like most of us, we were presented with many options for assistance; everyone has a friend or knows someone. The internet almost compounds this problem; there are too many choices. Who can you truly trust? Everyone is selling a service, they are the gold standard, or at least that is what they will have you believe in the beginning. With that said, it is not how we perform when everything goes as planned that shows the world who we are in life or, in this case, business. When things go wrong, when we have to adapt to overcome unforeseen problems issues that are out of our control, that truly matters. Jon his team did this for us and were steadfast in making course corrections. I can speak from personal experience that the management team wants things done correctly and timely, and the customer is satisfied even after hiccups. They take ownership of problems, view them as opportunities, and move forward. It has been years since I have experienced this mature high level of service, and it is refreshing. There are a lot of people offering insulation work. Jonathan Rivera and his team fall into the tiny percentage of those who follow through to ensure things are perfect. I have recommended them to friends, family, and clients and will continue to do so. Not using this team of individuals places your time, money, and household at unknown risk. I cannot recommend them higher.

The salesperson was great. I was even scheduled ahead of time. I had to ask the workers to begin on day 2 as their supervisor was not there yet. He was not there on day 1 but they took initiative and started. On Day 2 they ran out of product and had to get more. I was promised they would return by 4 pm and at 4:30 I had to reach out to see where they were. I was given an excuse when they finally returned. In the end the supervisor gave me a discount but the manager would not and neither did he call me to see how I felt. I completed their survey and said all of this on there as well.

Great group of guys to work with. Great product. Excellent service. For insulation, this is who you should call.

Fast and efficient crew, the additional insulation had already made a difference in keeping the house cooler. John took his time to go over all of our options and was able to answer all questions we had. Project manager Blake was very responsive and communicated well throughout the process. They were able to schedule us quickly and get everything done and cleaned up within a timely manner.

Jon explained in detail what the process involved was to remove the old insulation and sanitize it . They blew 14 inches of new insulation the job was done proficiently and in a timely fashion. The project manager was Blake and he was very professional and provided good customer service . 5 stars all the way around . I highly recommend their service.

What a sigh of relief. We were experiencing two rooms upstairs that were extremely hot during the day time. A friend recommended Superior Attic so we called. They immediately answered & sent Jon out to inspect. He saw that our insulation was low and noticed our attic was almost 130 degrees! He came up with a plan to lower the overall temperature of the attic & insulate the home better. The crew was run by project manager Blake. Blake and his crew showed up on time, kept a clean work site, were very nice, and made sure the project went as planned. It has been a month now and the rooms are cooling properly and we have seen a difference in the entire home! We highly recommend Superior Attic!
