Brite Clean Carpet

I can't comment on the cleaning as it was never done, but when I called to set it the guy I spoke to was super rude and hung up on me and told me to call someone else because I didn't know the size of the rooms... sorry I'm not a realtor or haven't measured the rooms. They are standard size and what kind of cleaning business hangs up on a customer because they don't have a room size? I'd never use a service that treats potential customers this way. I'd post it as negative stars if I could.

I came home early around 2:00pm and accepted the reality that our carpets were just gross and looking really rough. Combo of kids and our little dogs having far to many"accidents". After calling around 15 "same day" carpet companies and being told they couldn't be there for days, I finaly found Brite Clean Carpet. Because I kept getting "shot down" for same day service, I explained immediatly that I was trying to get my carpets cleaned the same day. Mike asked what I had going on with the carpet, gace me a price and said he would be at my house in an hour. He was right on time, extremely professional and did an incredible job( he also cleaned a hall rug for free).I can't believe he got our old carpet to look that revived and I'm also amamazed at how he got the pet odor out. There is absolutly no pet odor now. Great guys, great service and found out that all cleaning products are non-toxic. I would feel totally safe having them clean my home with my wife and kids there even if I wasn't. Again, great "customer service" in a world were those words are becoming a thing of the past.
