Excellent job; works from his home and will come to you. Very reasonable prices. We have used him again and were still happy. When we replace our laptop we will use Donald to assist in the choice.

Our home computer was not working b/c of viruses. We dropped our computer off at the Universal City location. Donald was able to remove all of the viruses & get our computer up & running again quickly & he even delivered it to us. He also installed anti-virus software & set up parental controls for us. We also have used his services at our company & have been very pleased with the results. Our computers at work are working more efficiently & he took a look at our internet router & made that work more efficiently as well. Would highly recommend their services.

Donald Bean, the owner of It's No Secret Computer Services Company did a good job. I contacted him through email and he replied right back. I then talked to him on the phone. He operates his business from his house. It was convenient for me to go there because it was close to my house. I took my laptop up there; he told me what he was going to do and quoted me the price. He had it ready when he said it would be. I would recommend It's No Secret Computer Services Company. I would consider using this company in the future.

The new PC has worked flawlessly from day one. It is very fast. I had mentioned to Donald that my scanner would not work. He speculated that it was a Windows Vista problem and that it would work with the new machine (with Windows 7). He was right. He was professional, very easy to work with, promptly returned calls. The cost of diagnosing the problem and building the new PC was less than what I would have paid at a "Big Box" store. Did I mentioned he transferred all of my files from my old machine to the new one. The new machine is flexible and upgradeable and I will be able to make changes and upgrades instead of buying a new machine every 3-4 years. In short I am completely satisfied, will use him again if the need arises and would highly recommend him to anyone in need of computer repair/services.

It went very well. He was available the same day I called, so I took my computer to him on recommendation of a friend and his listing in Angies. In the previous 6 days I had paid another tech nearly $200 to come and rid the machine of several viruses which had suddenly appeared. Within a day after he left, the same viruses came back along with more new ones. Same thing after his second call. Previous tech didn't mentioned that XP is now more vulnerable to such problems. Don advised me to change from XP to Windows 7; told how he would do it, and gave an accurate estimate of the charges. (to within 5%)! As described earlier, he finished the job 1 or 2 days early and spent considerable time showing me the ropes of the new system. And so far, no viruses or any other problems. I plan to use his services again in the future.

I checked Angie`s List and found It`s No Secret Computer Service in Universal City. I called and spoke to Donald Bean. He set an appointment for 10 a.m. the following day. I`m 75 years old and wanted a house call. I was afraid if I had to disconnect my computer I may never get it set up again. He arrived about 5 to 10 the following day. He spent over 2 hours cleaning out spywear and hijacks, and resetting my printer driver. He answered a number of questions for me. Now my computer works great, I think as well as it did when it was new, and the printer is also working as it should. I was amazed at his billing rate considering it was a house call and the time he spent on my machine. I have found the person that I`ll call for all my computer problems.

Donald was referred to me by someone else, based on our initial phone call, I trusted his level of expertise. I dropped off my computer at his office to save money on a trip charge and he performed the work quickly and on time. He even went the extra mile to get online and tell me which wireless in he recommended that was actually in stock at my nearest Best Buy while I was on the phone with him. He was very helpful and patient and I will definitely use him again for any PC issues that may come up.
