The salesman was able to give us a price and confirm financing before he left the day of our first appointment. This was most impressive. Within a week we had our papers from the financial institutions. They then told us it would most likely be January before our job was installed. The windows are custom built and you can tell as they fit like a glove. If you want professionals I recommend AMAZING SIDING!!! They will take care of you. Next thing we knew the first part of December they are calling and scheduling. They came on Dec. 7th as scheduled. The windows were put in that day. Next day they started on the siding. We had some weather days and of course the holidays. Our siding installers kept in good communication with us. They finished the Saturday before Christmas. Then we had Christmas holiday and some cold rainy weather so the painter could not schedule. Finally the weather broke and the painter and the gutter man all got their work done last week. We are now a beautiful house. No more painting for us. We are extremely satisfied with the work. Don't go with inferior siding or installation. You will regret that.

Wayne Warren came out immediately to measure and estimate the job, having to use an umbrella in the rain! Raymundo and his crew did an absolutely first class job in terms of quality and professionalism. Our home looks SO much better and the air conditioner seems to run less even as the temperatures soar.

High pressure sales person. I had already decided to buy, but he would not stop with his pitch. Pella sales staff were much more professional. Their prices were in the same general range. However the Andersen window was a better fit for my application (installed mostly from the outside, did not have to remove shutters, etc.) During the presentation, we discussed casements on three of the windows. He said they were more expensive than the double hung windows. The casements were included in the order. Paid half the total in cash up front. The day after the order I changed my mind and requested all double hung windows. Emailed the sales person and spoke to him on the phone. He confirmed that the difference would be accounted for in the final bill. When another fellow came out to measure, I reconfirmed that all the windows were to be double hung windows and that the price difference would be deducted on the back end. Windows arrived quickly - in a few weeks. Seem to be good quality - expected with such a high price tag. Only time wil tell about the quality of the windows and the installation. One screen has to be replaced, but not a big deal on a large order. Installers were generally good. Showed up on time. Exercised some care. Attempted a fair clean up of the area. Returned to touch up trim work. Followed up with office staff. However they left doors and gates open, despite being asked to close them. Found more broken glass in the patio and garage areas today. There is also a small gouge in the wall in my stairway and a few tiny pin holes in a leather chair which were at the sharp end of manhandled windows. Well aware that things happen during an installation, but disappointed. So pros and cons. Do not trust their high pressure sales and pricing practices. I received a lot of paper, but no detailed breakdown of how much per window. There are discounts for this and that and if you sign today and pay cash, etc., another discount. No way to figure out how much each window actually cost - just and quot;sign here todayand quot; or this deal will go away. [vs. Pella where they break down every detail - complete opposite, very low key and no pressure.] Andersen has a good product, why do they have to ruin the experience with these sorts of tactics? They now insist that the amount originally agreed, is what I have to pay - that there is no price difference in the windows. I paid the last half in full but only because their men would not leave my house unless I gave them a check. UPDATE - THE COMPANY CALLED TODAY AND ISSUED A REFUND FOR THE DIFFERENCE.

Everything was fine. I hope the price was in range.

Renewal by Andersen was one of several companies we had to the house to quote replacement windows. We were completely turned off by the sales representative because of his inability to directly answer questions when asked. Please note that this product is not a vinyl replacement window; it is a wood and plastic composite material called fibrex. What was most disappointing is that the sales person spent the majority of the time he was in our home speaking ill of vinyl replacement windows and citing a document that has been used by Renewal by Andersen for at least 4 years about the negatives of vinyl replacement windows. A quick google search found the articles he shared with us, and further research on the specifics of that article found that the information they're using to dissuade the consumer from vinyl is either factually incorrect or just old data! He started his pitch by saying that we should expect his quote to be much more expensive than any other replacement window company because they sell a far superior product. However when you asked why the product was superior, he just kept saying what was so horrible about competitors product. This same strategy was employed over and over again. I still have no facts for why their products are superior, and by facts I mean independently verified information as to why their product is superior. My husband and I debated having a different representative out to assist us, but then decided that the company creates the sales model and trains their sales people to follow the model. Thus, we would have been met with the same experience. I'm not a fan of doing businesses with companies that put all of their effort into telling you why everyone else stinks and cant' back up why they themselves do not; it doesn't give you much confidence in either the product or the installation.

Installation of windows on this scale is a very messy business. The installers removed and installed windows at a rate such that they could clean up each day. The senior installers were very good and finished out each window installation professionally. The less experienced workers were not as neat and needed more throw down cloths to cover carpeting and flooring. We are still working on a carpet stain under one large window. Considering the magnitude of this installation, I think the installers did a pretty good job.

They did an excellent job. You can't tell where the old siding ends and the new siding starts! I think this crew did an even better job than the crew who came out many years ago. They were somewhat expensive, but I think I received my money's worth. Great job!

Their sales person was very knowledgeable. Their bid was very competitive. We kind of wished that we had used them the last time and we don’t have anything negative to say about them. We ended up going with another company since we went in a different way. We wanted some remodeling work done at the same time. So we went with a different contractor who we believed could do windows and everything else. Then they were fired and we had to redo everything. We still haven’t yet done the windows. They quoted about $18000. It was a big job because we have a big house with about 63 windows. Everything about them was good. The guy knew what he was talking about. He was very straightforward. He seemed very competent. I wouldn’t be able to speak about what kind of job they probably would have done. They seemed very competent, upfront and competitive in the bidding process. They are a big company and they have got a pretty good name. Their responsiveness was fine because they showed up pretty quickly after we asked them to. They were here within a few days. We would probably have them give us a bid again and we would probably use them again.

Mike came out to see what my needs for replacement windows were and he never had the courtesy to send me an estimate. I told him that I was not interested in vinyl windows. He downplayed the Anderson Windows that his company sells that I was interested in finding out about. He never bothered with a follow-up call and never sent me the estimate. I would not recommend this company to anyone for anything if this is how they treat their potential customers. I decided to go with Pella as their salesman had excellent follow-up and they also have a non-vinyl product that appears comparable to the Anderson product.

They were very professional. Their price was the best amongst everyone. I was very satisfied with their job. I will use their services in the future.

Did describe all costs. John Zuniga, the salesperson, wrote up an initial contract and walked through the particulars several times in a professional way. The person who measured wallked through with me again and did an accurate job, explained options well. Window arrived aftter about five weeks. Experienced, hardworking, and polite installers arrived and worked through the daylight. Completed one room prior to moving on to another, straightened up. Even with the large job, they completed the work within a week and a half. Tidied up each day and after they finished. Painter who came to paint the Hardi Plank was also professional. Walked through the house and answered my questions.

It went amazingly well. They were professional. The salesman was not high pressure. He was honest and forthcoming. The person who came out to take the measurement was prompt. The installation people were efficient. They put down drops off. The price was high as they were tambourine windows. The windows qualify for the energy efficiency credit. They were very good windows.

They were very good and professional, and they did what they said they were going to do. We were very pleased with them. I thought that their price was expensive but I don’t know what to compare it with. Their windows were top of the line though. They were very responsive and their quality was very good. They were on time and got the job done.

I spent about 2 hours with the estimator going over the product and everything I needed done. When the windows arrived they were installed over a 2 day period, due to rain, and the work was great. The old windows were removed without even taking down drapes and the new windows were installed, caulked and trimmed beautifully. They look great and when they were finished all the furniture was returned to its proper place, the carpets and floors were vacuumed and you could not even tell they were here.

They did an extremely good job. They're a model company for everything that Angie's List rates. I thought that the price for the amount of work that they did was good. I never had any problems getting a hold of them or with dealing with the crew. The most notable thing about them was that they had someone on their crew that spoke English. It took a while to complete the job just because of the amount of work that it entailed. However, they still finished the work in a timely manner. They were very good about cleaning up after themselves every night. They would pack up every little piece of old siding and debris into their van when they were done for the day.

The removal of the existing windows was professionally done. There was no damage done to the adjacent wall paper, dry wall, brick, or landscaping. The crew covered the floor under each window to protect the floor as they worked. The installation of the new windows also went very well. The crew did an excellent job of caulking and cleaning up. We were extremely pleased with the work.

Amazing Siding Corporation took a short cut along the bottom of my house. It looks terrible. I do not think that Amazing Siding is all that they were built up to be. It took two days for them to finish my house. I tried to call them on different occasions about their work however they have not responded to any of my calls. I would not use this company again for anything.

Amazing Siding installed a product that resists mold, rot, and needs no painting. The siding that they installed looks great. I was happy with the fact that it is hassle free and maintenance free. I have not had any problems since they installed the siding. The company has also done painting for me in the past and they have always done a good job.

We really think that our home is much quieter than it was before, and it feels a lot more comfortable. We liked their workers, as they were courteous and polite. We also really liked the fact that we got a lifetime guarantee. They did good work and even installed insulation behind the siding.

The company put up the vinyl siding in a very timely manner, and actually cleaned up pretty good. Actually, they did a better job than I expected, although the price was kind of high. The work comes with a guarantee, and I am kind of a nit picky person; however, they always had a good attitude.

Amazing Siding Corporation did a very good quality job and they also would clean up after themselves when they were done. The work crew was very professional, courteous and helpful. It only took them two days to complete the project. I am definitely going to call them back to do some more work.

The new siding looks fantastic, especially with the brick, because the colors compliment each other. The guest house in back was formerly wood siding that was old and ugly. The job took about three days and all the garbage was taken away. The siding fits very snug, and we could not find any weak points when we inspected it.

PRICE WAS NOT GREAT, BUT REASONABLE. WORKERS SHOWED UP SOMEWHAT LATE, BUT NOT TO BAD.

THEY ARRIVED ON TIME AND DID A GREAT JOB. IT WAS AN OVERALL, GREAT EXPERIENCE.
