Description of Work: I had four windows replaced with energy efficient windows. They were expensive but the quality is excellent. Everyone was professional, from the sales rep to the installers. I had six windows replaced in 2014 by Renewal by Anderson, and, because they did such a good job, I had the bedroom windows replaced. I love my windows!

Description of Work: Replaced old windows with big picture windows in living area and breakfast area. Included some brick work on the outside on the home and reconfigured placement of new windows. I would definitely use them again. Very professional from sales, to construction, to final completion of job.

Description of Work: Problem is, I was happy with their service and their product but the sales rep promised me a $500 Heb gift card. I contacted them after paying(a large sum) for my high quality windows. The HEB gift card was supposed to be in addition to some other discounts, according to the sales rep, but not according to the company. I called several times and never got my gift card. I'm certain that, even though I was given a verbal contract, the paper I had to turn into the sales rep might have said that. The other issue was that the process was rushed,"we need this appointment within two days", kind of thing until who's sure who said what. But I know what I was told and it was not honored

Description of Work: I requested a quote, but I felt the setup process for the estimate visit was setting up for a pressure selling procedure. Kept insisting my wife should be there for the visit. This to me indicate that it would be a classic commit now process. I cancelled the visit.
