Sean came out and quoted the work immediately after I had called to request a quote (adding insulation to attic, replacing broken roof fan with new solar fan, and adding radiant barrier to a warm section of house). Our houseâ s insulation was old and had sunken in with time. Crew arrived on time and cleaned up afterwards (no mess left behind). I had been referred to Sean by a friend and was fully satisfied with work following completion.

Iâ ll start by saying Iâ m not typically a person who writes reviews- in fact as an ex home remodeler I very rarely hire out work at my own house. But after Sean came out I thought this was an experience I should review about. Sean was knowledgeable, punctual, and quite honestly a pleasure to work with. He not only did the work himself- which I can appreciate because you know what you are getting when he came out for quote (no swaps for budget contractors after the salesman did his part)- but he also brought along a younger guy to teach him the trade. They worked well together for over 7 hours in our attic putting up radiant barrier, sealing our old ducts (1966 house), and finally blowing in new insulation. Now that itâ s all said and done I could not be happier with the experience and Sean and his company will be at the top of my list for any referrals in the future to my friends and family. Well done guys.

The owner, Sean, called me within 5 minutes of my asking for a quote on Home Advisor. He made an appointment for the next day, Memorial Day. His quote for the radiant barrier was less than I expected, from research I did, online. The next day, his crew arrived at 7:00 a.m. and and was done by 10:00 a.m. Other contractors that I had sent requests to did not contact me the day of the request. Some of them didn't contact me until after the installation was completed. A very well run company!

Greatly exceeded my expectations! I needed to get my attic cooler to save the life of my roof, air conditioners, and items in attic storage. Sean met with me, listened to my concerns, and recommended a combination of radiant barrier and solar attic fans. No pressure, just solutions. I noticed an immediate difference. Minutes after the installation, I used my thermometer to check the surface temperature of my attic ceiling (underside of roof). My attic temp dropped from 120 degrees to 91 degrees with Home Energy Solutions.

Sean was great to work with before we made our decision and the Sean who did the install was courteous, on time, efficient, clean and did a great job. Sean looked over everything to make sure our attic was properly insulated in all areas and exceeded our expectation.

Great communication and prompt service

We had a pipe in the attic burst due to the ice storm. Minimal damage, but it did get the attic insulation wet. I called Sean at Home Energy Solutions. He came out to assess the damage. He replaced the damaged insulation FOR FREE!!! since it was a small area. The installers were very prompt, polite and professional. I highly recommend this business.

I was very pleased with the professionalism of Sean and his team. Sean's estimate was slightly higher than what I had previously received. However, Home Energy Solutions showed me what was lacking in the attic insulation in my 30+-year-old home, and offered a plan that made me feel comfortable. The team was fantastic. They were on time, courteous, explained exactly what they were doing, and did so very efficiently. I would definitely recommend Home Energy Solutions to anyone that is considering upgrading their home's insulation.

Sean and his team were fantastic. We clearly understood what work would be provided before starting work and that’s exactly what his team did for us. No surprise cost either. During winter storm Uri, Sean stayed in constant contact to ensure that our project wasn’t forgotten about. It also meant a lot to me that he showed that the safety of the team was more important than knocking out a project - so a slight delay in schedule was perfectly fine because of the bad weather.

We chose to work with Sean and his crew for several reasons including his knowledge, professionalism, and genuine interest in addressing our issues. We purchased our home that was built in '82 and over the years the insulation had deteriorated and rodent debris had accumulated. Within 5 minutes of looking at our attic, Sean had a plan including removal, cleaning, replacing non-working vent fans with solar fans, sealing the gaps in wall spaces, and adding a layer of radiant barrier to the tops of some ducts close to the roof pitch to help keep the air they delivered cooler. They started on-time, delivered on schedule, and there was a noticeable improvement in air temperature and cooling the very first night! It was a great investment and I highly recommend working with Sean and Home Energy Solutions.

The crew did a great job and worked fast. They did everything that was discussed and covered in the estimate. I have had contractors leave behind debris and a mess on other jobs and this crew cleaned up thoroughly after the job was completed. I am very pleased with the results.

Sean has an awesome team! It started with rodents in my attic.... Sean came over measured everything out and gave a detailed estimate for the removal, cleanup, sanitizing, sealing and reinsulating. Found a open slot a few days later and they we on... His team was great! fast, careful, and perfect cleanup... Cant say enough for Home Energy Solutions!. Thanks guys.

It was refreshing to get a company that was so knowledgeable about the product they represented. More importantly they did not try to oversell the product, but explained and answered questions which based on the research my son and I did they were right on track. Sean was the representative and i can tell you everything he stated the product would do is coming through. They came in and had my whole attic done within six hours. My attic temp dropped by at least forth degrees just i n the first day and my A/C which is old and needs replace is not running nearly as much as before. I cannot wait to see my electricity bill this next month. My home has been running 480% higher than other homes of the same size in the area. Radiant Barrier was the first step, the next will be to replace the HVAC system. I am sure with just Radiant Barrier alone my bill will drop more than 30 to 49%. My attic even with temperatures out side of over or approaching 100 degrees stays around 75 degrees in my attic. You can only imagine how much i am saving on my bill just cutting down on the heat that was surrounding the duct work in the attic. I have a heat gun and the temps coming out the vents are running about five degrees cooler than before. In fact we have had to raise the thermostat about five degrees because the house is so cool now. If anyone doubts whether or not this product and company is the real deal i am one happy customer and would recommend getting this ASAP. Neal Estes
